Very insightful and clearly stated weekly meetings on Fridays with the community led by Chase. Topics that are meaningful and applicable to everyday experiences are shared and the community is there to encourage and support each other to achieve the goals that Chase offers to us.

The NCI experience with Chase Hughes has been the most eye-opening training I have experienced ever. Not only informative, he gives real life situations that prove his points I recommend his podcasts to anyone interested in showing up completely in all situations. I am a psychotherapist and director working with combat veterans with years of experience. It’s wasn’t until I discovered NCI that I found that there is much I have not learned through formal education, trainings, and supervision. I have seen incredible results in my practice with adding NCI concepts into my work. All therapists should be aware of these trainings.

I recently completed NCI level 1 course that provided an excellent understanding of human behaviors through its various modules. The content helped me identify different aspects of human behaviors and the subtle differences that can reveal much about a person. I highly encourage others to take this course, as it not only aids in personal development by helping you recognize weaknesses and overlooked traits—but it also enhances your overall understanding of human nature.

The skills learned are invaluable for negotiating and engaging in one-on-one discussions. This course deepened my insight into friendships and relationships. It also highlighted how these elements intertwine and how easily there can be mix-ups in profil inf. I believe it's crucial for people to explore this subject more closely. I stumbled upon NCI by chance, and it has honestly been life-changing. I've eagerly watched everything available and joined the seminars, and what amazes me is how Chase's teachings speak directly to what I truly need. The learning content and lessons were incredibly impactful immediately. Could be the best money I’ve spent on anything I’ve purchased online. What NCI teaches will change how you view other people in a positive way - with more compassion, understanding, and patience.

Chase explains in fundamental terms, research based human communication. This is far more useful and believable to me than using the scripts developed for real estate sales which I have used successfully, although recognized them as inadequate and highly disrespectful to clients. NCI processes bring clarity and logical methods. Thank you.

It has been an honor to be a student at NCI. Chase Hughes has had a career that is elite in every sense of the word. I’m thankful that he is sharing his knowledge with regular people because he doesn’t have to. His team is just as good, they are doing amazing things out here.

I've been participating in the learning to better my communication skills to be more effective in dealing with others. I consider myself to be decent when interacting with people but wish to be excellent at understanding people and how thay operate. The NCI University has been doing exactly that. It has given me incredible incite into how people receive, comprehend and respond to inputs. As well, the tools I need to effectively deliver my message, to see what makes individuals move in my direction. I will continue to follow with the teachings and apply them into my everyday. I would recommend this to anyone who needs that extra edge in operating with others and having them align with you.

A great teaching experience

The most powerful insight I have gained about learning to observe other people's behavior is how much I have learned about observing my own behavior. It is like I am being introduced to myself for the first time. This new level of understanding has been a great experience for me to grow into a better version of myself. Understanding myself on a deeper level has surprisingly made it extremely easier to understand other people's behavior.
