Bought my first bike in years and luckily found one at NCM. Held it for two weeks and when I got there I was not disappointed. The bike was perfect and the whole process of buying from them was excellent. Very friendly and helpful and just to top off the superb service had great breakfast in their cafe. Can highly recommend North Cornwall motorcycles for bikes and accessories and breakfast.

Usually I have a good experience selling and buying bikes at NCM. Unfortunately this time the bike I bought, which passed its MOT, was not safe for the road. Front discs are pitted and an advisory on an MOT a few years previously, not this time. The front brake and clutch fluid was so old it had turned to jelly and the chain had four completely solid links in it. I had mention the chain to Steve, but he wasn’t interested, saying the chain still had a thousand miles left on it. Obviously this is not the case and shouldn’t have passed MOT without installing a new chain. It could be a good shop, if they were more honest and made an effort to make sure the basics are carried out to make sure the bikes they sell are safe for the road.
If you want a friendly, helpful customer service avoid the first three days of the week when Mike runs the shop; he just can’t be bothered and he is rude.

Steve was helpful, polite and friendly. No problems with our visit and would definitely come back again.

The page says they send in 24 hrs and you'll received your bike in 4 to 5 days! That's the only reason I bought there.
There's no one answering phones neither returning calls or answering emails, it looks more like a big scam.

Actualization: it's been 15 days, and I haven't received the bike, I already reported it to my bank. Stay away from these scamers.

Betet einfach das nichts kaputt geht. Denn wenn was passiert bekommt ihr keine Hilfe sondern nur Scam Angebote.
Nach 3 Monaten ist mein erster Akku in die Knie gegangen. Hab dafür ein Austauschakku bekommen.
Dieser ist mir nach 7 Monaten kaputt gegangen. Ging von einem auf den anderen Tag einfach nicht mehr an.

Garantie gibt es keine denn laut NCM geben die keine Garantie auf Austauschartikel.
Das einzige Angebot war es, den Akku einzuschicken unzwar auf eigene Kosten. Für eine Pauschale von 20€ machen die einen Test.
Wenn die den Akku nicht reparieren können, würden die mir einen neuen verkaufen.
Schonmal frech für ein Bike was 1800€ kostet.

Ich wollte darauf wissen ob ich denn auch den Reparaturversuch zahlen muss und was denn ein Akku bei denen kostet. Vorher würde ich nichts einschicken.

Darauf habe ich nichtmal eine Antwort bekommen.
Extrem unseriös.
Lasst euch nicht verarschen und gebt lieber 5000€ für ein Bike namenhafter Hersteller aus oder tretet weiter selber in die Pedale.

Steve the weasel who owns this bike shop in Bude can not be trusted and lies pour out of his mouth. Avoid like the plague 99 percent of bikes are poor and never get serviced before sale or checked.
