We recently visited N&C Tiles and Bathrooms Hadfield road Cardiff to explore options for a full bathroom renovation. From the moment we arrived, the service was professional, informative, and refreshingly pressure-free.

On our return visit, we were assisted by Nathan, who provided thoughtful guidance throughout the design and selection process. He took time to understand our needs, offered expert advice, and supported us in making confident decisions. The entire experience felt smooth and well-supported from start to finish.

Worst service, it’s almost one week I have ordered expensive tile cutter and paid £24 delivery charges, still no update, when I called them today they advised delivery on its way, waited for delivery all day as they didn’t gave me any time slot, unfortunately delivery not arrived

My husband and I have visited the Hadfield Road, Cardiff store a couple of times and each time served by Karl. He was so helpful and patient (I can be indecisive at times!) Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. It's a shame a few more shops didn't have someone like him employed as he's a great asset to the company.
