10th May 2026 - visited Swansea store to look for bathroom floor and wall tiles and a sink unit. Not certain what we exactly wanted we were helped by Kyle Hughes a really nice young man. We weren't sure what was available and he spent time discussing best options and matches. He checked stock levels, lead times but we were never rushed and we felt listened to. Kyle listened to what we wanted and did his best to accommodate and meet our needs and expectations with particular tiles. It was refreshing not to feel rushed or pressured into decisions dispite taking up a considerable amount of his time.

Excellent customer service provided by Ausra. She went over and beyond trying to help me with the shower door return and new ordering. Thank you so much!

Have always purchased my Farrow and ball paint from N & C as they are reasonably priced for such expensive paint.

Fantastic selection of tiles and staff were extremely helpful with how many I needed for my bathroom.
I chose a fantastic Amazon tile for a feature wall in the shower and it looked stunning despite many people saying I’d regret getting them 😊
Once ordered they were kept for me for around 6 months until ready for them. When delivered despite the very expensive Amazon tiles (only 2 in a Box) being broken once I spoke to the store they couldn’t do enough to find them in another store and get them delivered in 2 days ready for fitting .
I’d like to give a shout out to Karl who helped with my original order and Nathan for getting my new tiles.

N&C team in Chadwell Heath are always patient, attentive and knowledgeable.

They are very friendly and their customer care is excellent particularly Kay who oversaw the purchase of arcadia white porcelain tiles for my bathroom.

The delivery was exceptional, timely and gentleman who came very caring guiding me on how to transport tiles safely.

I strongly recommend the quality of their products and range available and most importantly their staff eager to help and care for customers

Went in to the chadwell heath store and was served by Emma . Great service and great professional advice. Emma knows the products very well and I was happy with the end results at home thanks to Emma

I ordered wall and floor tiles with N&C in Orpington and paid the full amount as they told me the tiles were in stock, all we had to do was arrange delivery a week before we needed them. They only delivered the floor tiles, when I called them to enquire where the wall tiles were they told me they were out of stock, no prior warning or explanation at all. Bathroom Reno was in full flow at this point so it caused chaos. They wanted me to take an alternative tile - we choose a specific green tile to match the floor tiles so this wasn't an option. Or they told us to wait until stock came in even though they could not say when that would be...he thought it could be 1 week or 3 weeks ! Obviously not an option neither.
Customer service admitted they were at fault but decided to just wash their hands of the situation, apologised but no actions. I asked if they could source the tiles from somewhere else (which I did myself at an extra cost) but they refused. Diabolical customer service...AVOID!

Got it next day and it was the cheapest price online. Brilliant.

I was able to order a smaller amount of slabs than anywhere else, at a good price. Therefore did not waste money or have loads of leftover. My email enquiry about suitability was answered quickly and delivery was quick too. All in all a very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend.
