I would recommend ND Aquatics, they have recently built an 850 litre tank and stand for me which is beautiful. Their attention to detail is great.

Ordering my tank through ND Aquatics was a fantastic experience, from start to finish Andrew and team made the process simple and stress free.

Quoting was quick and painless, offering competitive pricing on the tank, lighting and filter I had in mind.

Production time was a few weeks and delivery was incredibly simple! The final product looks great, I can definitely recommend.

I contacted ND and initially spoke with Dom to inquire about the lead time for a custom aquarium. Fortunately, they had the tank I was looking for in stock. From there, I dealt with Andrew, who was absolutely brilliant—he kept me updated throughout and did his best to accommodate my delivery requirements. The entire process was completed within just five days.
I’d also like to give a special thank you to Mark, the delivery driver, who went above and beyond. He even made a trip on a Sunday, outside of normal protocol, to ensure the tank was delivered on time.
The tank and stand themselves are of exceptional quality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ND Aquatics. I’ll certainly be ordering from them again once space and budget allow.

I asked for quotes from 3 different custom builders. ND Aquatics was the only one to call and ask follow up questions, was the fastest quote and they somehow turned around a fabulous tank in a week for delivery. I’d like to thank ND Aquatics for their outstanding customer service and care. I have had numerous tanks over the years and was dreading getting a larger one for a few reasons, delivery and finding one that suited me to name a few. I was able to customise every aspect of my tank and was given the option of delivery. The whole process from start to finish was amazing and to sum it up:

Customising the tank was great, their website is laid out well and they have great follow up and aftercare to make sure everything is correct before stating work on the tank.

If I’m honest it’s always a worry with anything custom when it comes to the price as it’s unique to the individual, however everything is very reasonable and flexible. I have never owned an ND tank before this and I’m am blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. ND also only requires a partial deposit which is a massive bonus on its own.
Delivery itself is rather cheap for what you are getting I really cannot thank them enough.
I was worried about getting the tank into my property but the driver helped and got everything inside without any issues.

My tank did arrive with some very minor damage to the lid which appears to have happened in transit, however as soon as I let them know they offered to sort it ASAP no questions asked. This is absolutely excellent customer service and they have gained a new client. I shall definitely be using them again.

What a pleasure it has been dealing with ND Aquatics to order a custom sized fish tank for my husbands birthday recently. Living in Guernsey it is very difficult to find places on Mainland UK who are happy or able to arrange delivery here, but when I emailed them to check on this I had an email back within a few hours to say yes, no problem. Dom and Andrew went above and beyond to explain the pros and cons of the various options available when making the custom order and I felt reassured at all times. Communication was fantastic - if they were unable to answer the phone when I rang, they called me back straight away, although mostly answered the phone very quickly. Emails answered promptly also. They really pulled out all the stops also to turn the build around really quickly, knowing it was a gift for a birthday – order confirmed/placed on 17th May, tank delivered on 31st May – now that is service! Prices of tanks are very reasonable (they also removed the VAT without any hassle, knowing we do not pay this in Guernsey) - the quality is outstanding, such a well made tank. I would not hesitate to recommend ND Aquatics - you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Andrew and Dom - hope to speak to you both again in the future... although let’s not encourage my husband that he needs a bigger tank... or not just yet!

This is the second time I've purchased a tank from ND aquatics and both times the experience has been brilliant. This time I ordered a huge 10ft aquarium, the tank was delivered within the quoted time frame and the driver was really helpful and professional. If you're considering buying a new tank I would highly recommend ND aquatics, the quality of the tank and silicone work is far superior to anything you will buy off of the shelf, plus you can customise the size, cabinet style and colour to your preference.

Have now got a refund from credit card after 14 months of fighting.

We tried to explain to you that this tiny bubble in the glass does not represent any danger for your tank and is in accordance with the legislation and standards in force, for which we also sent you the manufacturer's documentation (Pilkington) regarding small production defects.
The reason why we didn't keep repeating the same things endlessly is what you call "lack of communication". I tried to de-escalate everything over the phone, but you didn't give me a chance.
You used this tank without any leakage problem.
I asked you to return the tank and we will make a refund in your presence here.
We will not come to collect this tank, you signed for the delivery of the tank and did not report any deficiency.
You paid £376 for this tank, including the cost of delivery, but you mentioned in the review that you spent £500 (£500 Out of pocket.), why all this?
You kept mentioning personal problems you had and we empathize with you, but in the review you expressed as if we are responsible for your stress, why all this?
As I mentioned, please return the tank here and we will refund in the next minute in your presence, just make sure you have the same card you used to pay.

You obviously did not check this tank 3 times or STAFF would have spotted the FAULT.
I cannot prove it but believe a sticker was placed over the BUBBLE in the glass either by accident or to hide the fault.
You did not answer emails.....thats the lack of communication.
I believe postage and packaging back to you is going to cost £100/£150, so YES i will have laid out £500 that no doubt i will have to recover from you.
I mentioned MY personal problems because you wanted ME TO BLAME PILKINGTON for the fault that lies at your door.
I hope this answers all your questions.
I will order a new tank tomorrow 8th March and return your tank at the earliest convenience.
We will then phone you so you can return ALL COST.Respectfully Keith/Mandy

You are obviously not going to make this easy as you have REFUSED Sims kind offer to return the Faulty Tank FREE OF CHARGE.
I have also found others online who you have made it impossible to return goods.
I have found a courier who will pack and pallet the faulty tank and return it to your address at further cost to you. (£85/150 ).
The Courier will be wearing a body cam and if no one is there, or you are unwilling to sign for returned good we will consider the goods to be unwanted by ND AQUATICS and will deliver the faulty tank to a glass recycling centre.
No doubt you will make me take you to court to recover my money so i have sent the emails of you trying to get me to lie over to Pilkington and have asked them for there opinion on this matter.
We have also informed Trading Standards that you are Hostile and are awaiting their response.
Continue to spite that nose of your face.

Thank you ND Aquatics. I had a custom tank made with bevelled front edges. It was built to fit precisely into a brick opening with mm to spare. Very friendly people
wonderfull service.

Andrew and the team are the best at what they do, they were able to give me a quote straight away and when explaining my situation of moving, they worked extremely hard to get us the tank super quickly and efficiently. We contacted 3 other aquarium builders, who delayed getting back to us and felt we were being messed around. By the time of the quotes came in ND had already built the tank and scheduled delivery. Andrew was always extremely helpful when we had any questions and if they missed my call always rang back when they could. The delivery driver took all the stress and worry out of getting the tank into our house, using ramps and trolleys. I couldn't have asked for better service and I only have one word for the team there.... AMAZING! I would highly recommend ND to anyone wanting to purchase a tank, ours is 8ft and we couldn't be happier with the product or service we have received. Thank you so much ND!
