I have to say I’m very impressed with the sevice I got at ND aquatics ordered myself a custom tank with Andrew who was very good he talked me through all my options and was a very pleasant guy to talk to and when my tank arrived Dom who delivered it was very knowledgeable at moving these really big tanks I was quite worried but it went really smoothly and I’m really happy with the quality really is a beautiful tank thanks so much

A bespoke tank suited what we needed. The lead time was less than originally quoted and the delivery service was spot on

This company was brilliant, Andrew helped me massively. Delivery was excellent and on time. They gave me advice as to what size sump I would need and also measurements. Will definitely buy from them again.

They recently made a custom fish tank for me. Very helpful over the phone/email when I had lots of questions, and done for a good price.

The tank is precisely what I ordered, was made within a few weeks and they even helped me get it in the car. I'll definitely be using them again for future projects.

Ordered via email over the holiday period and confirmed dimensions and options in further emails leading to a great price for my custom sized aquarium.

The aquarium itself was ready quickly
And upon receiving it I am very impressed with the quality of it!

Great experience buying this tank.It is one of the best constructed tank and cabinets I have ever bought.Great cabinet design made with quality materials and well finished. Communications and service were excellent. The tank looks great in its new home and I cannot wait to landscape plant and cycle the tank. Thank you ND aquatics.

I don't think you can buy a better made aquarium. Their service is second to none and I would recommend them to anyone.

Can't explain how good this company have been to me, all I will say is 24 days from first payment to on site build is excellent. Andrew and Dom are the nicest please you will ever deal with and the level off service they offer is out off this world. Thank you guys 👍

The staff that i had the pleasure of dealing with where absolutely fantastic .From helping choose the right cabinet for my aquarium (Lux Graphite) to sorting out delivery times. They phone you 2 hours before arrival and 1 hour then 30 minutes well organised ..

I ordered a large custom aquarium from this company. Andrew was the gentlemen that help me through the process. He is very knowledgeable and very polite. The aquarium was ready in less then a week and delivered to me in perfect condition. The delivery driver help take it in to exactly where i wanted it. I highly recommend this company. I Ordered my tank on the 13th October 2022 and received it on the 1st November 2022.

This is my second tank order from ND and I highly recommend them, high quality made tanks, you pay half the total as a deposit, and the day before delivery you pay the remainder. I was called five days before my delivery date so I knew my slot.

Driver was very polite/helpful, and with some help from my neighbour it was carried up the stairs(1st floor) and the driver and I moved it into my home.

The tank is beautiful, very well made, and extremely HEAVY!

I also bought the Black Ash canopy, and added cover glass to the

tank at a small extra cost.

This was my second order placed with Dom for my 72x24x24 Aquarium and cabinet which I must say the quality,attention to detail and workmanship never fails to impress.
I placed my order on 15/10/22 and I was surprised to get a call back only a week later informing me that the tank would be ready for delivery 28/10/22.
On the day of delivery the driver phoned me to let me know an approximate time that he would be with me and he also provided a trolley with ramps and helped me get the tank into the house very professionally and carefully done.
I couldn’t recommend N.D Aquatics any higher,No need to go anywhere else.

Ordered a 6ft aquarium and freshwater sump from these guys,the tank was delivered and it was perfect.Picked up the sump later and had a chance to speak to the guys involved in making the tanks and they were so helpful and informative.Would definitely recommend these guys.

I never usually leave reviews, but felt I had to in this case ... the service from these guys was absolutely amazing! This was the first New large aquarium I have brought (7ft x 2.5ft x 2.5ft) and I was under time pressures ... but ND Delivered for me and got me out of trouble! I can not recommend ND Aquatics highly enough, amazing!!!
