Worst customer service of all time.

Seriously, if I could give 0 stars, I would. They offered a "free shirt" as an incentive to by. The coupon gets added to your account all the way through the checkout. Once the order confirmation arrives, they strip that discount and charge you the full amount. Full bait-and-switch scam. And customer service is seriously nonexistent. I have sent dozens of emails and website chats and have gotten ZERO response.

Avoid this company.

Bought t shirt at total cost of £27.5 including postage.
Upon opening the package and taking t shirt out I was unpleasantly surprised to see 3 large holes in front of the t shirt.
Have contacted by chat support, email, have sent photos as well as copy of receipt and as of yet no one has helped.
All I can think of is that this is a scam site.

Ordered white and black V neck, only black arrived. They did sort it out but customer service was very slow. One thing I will point out though is I have no idea why people leaving bad reviews still say the products are decent, they are not! They are just normal t shirts. I wore the black v neck under a black shirt for a funeral and I still had armpit sweat coming through the shirt, you can noticeably see the sweat if you just wear t shirt alone, complete waste of money.

Products were decent, but customer service is completely trash. If you need to make a return, their portal is ALWAYS disabled/unavailable. They utilize an AI chat bot for customer service that will eventually hand you off to a “team member”. Despite agents being visibly listed as online the bot will not ever connect you. Emails go unanswered.

If you order from them know exactly what you need and document EVERYTHING. If you need to make a return, this company will not help you. Use a credit card because it seems your only option will be filing a chargeback.

“Do not order from Neat Apparel. Order placed June 1st — full payment taken upfront, then silence. Customer service is painfully slow and completely indifferent once they have your money. Weeks of delay, barely any communication, and when they finally responded, their idea of ‘compensation’ was a free t-shirt and free shipping — nowhere near enough for the money and time they’ve tied up. This company takes your cash on day one and treats urgency like it’s optional. Appalling service, avoid at all costs.”

Some success stories on reddit but personally just like a normal shirt. Bought the v neck white. Found the standard sweat marks on the back, speckled droplet pattern and their revolutionary rectangular design showing through. So no people still saw that i was sweating.
Tried to contact the company and they’re ignoring me. Email is never read, contact us is a bot on their site which just says it will contact humans.
My shirt was dispatched from Singapore so maybe they’re better quality from us where the company claims to be from. Suspect this is another warehouse front scam

The products are great, but their service is awful and the shipping costs and return policy are just horrendous (especially if you're in the UK).

I made an error in my order and contacted them immediately to correct this. I went on to webchat which said they were online, but didn't receive a reply, so sent an email. Two days later I still haven't had a response to my email and the product has been dispatched.

What makes this worse is that I paid £13 for delivery AND I have to pay for international postage to return the item, when they could have just not sent it in the first place if they had responded to my email!
