Just letting you know that the item you sent me and the item listed on your site are two totally different items as if you did not already know. I received the item in the post today ( 14-03-24 ) and was immediately gob smacked at how you could possibly expect a client to pay big $$$$$ for a zinc washer 0.7mm wide and resembling nothing like the listed item ? Absolutely appalling how this company can even be allowed to continue . I have a photo to show comparison of item bought and item received but unable to upload. Clearly a SCAM !!!!

Do not buy from this vendor. I placed an order for a birthday present. It took three weeks to post - they sent to the wrong address (the billing rather than shipping address) the item was lost and they refused a refund. They take ages to respond and then leave you without both money and product.

Ordered a sterling silver necklace for a 50th present. It is cheap metal rubbish that I wouldn't give to anyone. I have had no response to the ticket I raised with them. Do not buy from this website.
