Worst service ever!!

DON'T BELIEVE THE WARRANTY HYPE! Our Mattress arrived damaged and for 2 days I've been trying to get it replaced. Even though their site states they cover for ANY reason, it's a lie. I was told when I placed the claim that it's not covered. I was told when I called customer service I had to send pictures and wait 72hrs. DO NOT PURCHASE A NECTAR PRODUCT. Worst service ever!!! I ordered from nectarsleep.com the following: an adjustable bedframe, bedframe to go around adjustable frame, mattress, sheet bundle with pillows, and premium in-home setup. Right after I ordered, I received a call to make sure my experience was good and if I had any questions. The in-home setup was only shown on the invoice for the adjustable frame and mattress. I inquired why the bedframe was not included. He assured me that it was included and I shouldn’t have any issues. I paid extra for this service because it was going to my elderly, disabled father who wouldn’t be able to do this on his own. The first issue was that the bedframe was delivered separately and left at my fathers’ door. He had no way of getting this into his apartment. I spent almost 2 hours with support as they informed me that this was not included in the premium in-home setup. I was assured that this would be included since I confirmed this upon my purchase and it was supposedly rectified, and they emailed me confirmation that this would not be a problem when the rest of the order was delivered. Well, IT WAS A PROBLEM. I tried their chat and that person was useless. I had to call support and he didn’t give me any hassle, told me they would call the delivery person and let them know it was okay to set up. Nectar support DID NOT call him, but the great delivery person put it up anyway. The next problem: the bed didn’t pop up as it should and we had to make a claim for them to send out a new mattress. Now who will help him when that mattress is delivered? Will it be left at the door and stolen? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NECTARSLEEP.COM unless you are ready for a headache. Customer support and chat is nothing more than someone to calm you and make you go away. They DO NOT actually have customer service. If I lived closer, I would return everything for a refund and purchase a Tempurpedic locally and put it up myself.

DO NOT BUY!! Experience was terrible with NECTAR

Our experience was terrible with NECTAR their customer support team sucks. They lie about their return policy and none of the products are worth the money. Their sheets are the crapping $20 sheets you get on the side of the road. The pillows are cheap think pieces of foam they stick in a pillow case. The worse we have ever seen. The bed is super overrated!!! My old bed was half the price and 100 times better then this one. I bought into the hype and now im paying for it because their support team refuses to help. Even though we DO NOT LIKE the product. They lie on their site saying its easy to return no risk BS they will scam you on this DO NOT BUY!!

It’s comfortable but don’t expect miracle’s, but that’s me

I bought The bad to address sleeping problems. I have chronic sleep issues and I currently take Ambien. So I was looking for a new bed and Nectar Came to my attention. I thought this would be a good bed to get it off of Ambien Based on their reviews and commercials. So I bought the king size bed, hoping that will address the above issues. I also watched the only commercial that talks about laying in a hot bed, and that there is a “ star of the show“ Meaning some layer That provides this comfortable area.

However, after buying this mattress, the sleep conditions are exactly the same. I don’t know. Were the “Star of the show“ is. In essence, the bed doesn’t really address and the issues I have. Maybe the work for everyone else but not for me. And I bought that bed based on the fact that There are such great reviews and also you can Return in 365 days which is great. But returning it might be very difficult because they’re so big and so heavy. I am not even sure how you would return those. Maybe I will find out. But happy hunting.

They deserve purgatory.

Lied about my warranty that I PURCHASED SEPARATELY FROM THE WARRANTY THAT IS PROMISED WITH THE MATTRESS. Won’t replace my mattress. Had an inexperienced rep tell me to remove the cover to take photos, then told me my warranty was now voided because it’s removed??? Scam.

Avoid “Premiere” $199 setup!

I spent an extra $199 to get Nectar’s Premiere in-home set up because I live alone in an upstairs apartment. Nectar out-sourced the delivery to another company. That company gave me one date that they could deliver my bed and that was it. They also did not set up the bed because the service was up to 15 minutes which equates to $796 an hour. I had to take a day off work so that the movers could unbox the mattress and lean it against a wall. Nectar refuses to refund any of that $199. It was an awful customer service experience and I just want to warn others to avoid this racket. Don’t opt for the “Premiere” setup and just hire some local workers if you need help. Nectar does not care about you once they have your money!

Buyer Beware!!!

Buyer Beware!!!! Worst experience ever dealing with Nectar returns. Was not satisfied with the mattresses or adjustable bed frame. The mattress is way too soft for me and HOT!! It also moves around on the adjustable frame a lot and the USB ports are inside the frame not in a good spot. Contacted Nectar to return the bed was given instructions on how to dispose of mattresses nothing about bed frame. I was refunded on mattresses but not bed frame then was told by Nectar that they do not consider the bed frame part of the bed only the mattress. Now they will not refund me for the adjustable bed frame saying that they needed more pictures. Hard to do when the bed and frame were hauled to the trash dump because they had no one in my area to come pick it up. Also be aware you only have 50 days to return your adjustable frame and pillows not 365 days and you cannot return any of the sheets if they are open and yes I was within the 50 days on requesting a refund on the adjustable frame.

I purchased a Nectar dog bed about 1.5 years ago. It was advertised as indestructible and machine washable. After 1.5 years with no problems, the zipper broke. Nectar would not replace it (no longer covered under a 1 year warranty I wasn't aware of), and it does not sell replacement covers, because it considers them part of the "bed." I was told my only option is to buy a new bed. No thank you! Never again, Nectar! I will not buy your products or recommend them again.

Nectar's Warranty is a Scam

The company's warranty policy is a complete scam. Our son wet the bed and it soaked through a mattress pad, a pee pad, and Nectar's mattress cover. Naturally we unzipped the cover and washed it to get the urine out. Well, the zipper broke when we unzipped it and we simply asked for a replacement mattress cover. They informed us that by unzipping the mattress cover we had voided our warranty. Seems pretty unethical to me to put a zipper on a product and then punish the customer for using it. It felt like it was an intentional trap. Seriously, why put it there if no one can unzip it without voiding the warranty? Also, why would I leave urine set on it and then wash it with warm soap and water only to have it soak down into the mattress when I could easily remove and wash it in the machine? This company is crooked and you should watch out.

GO TO SLEEP NUMBER

Nectar customer service is absolutely terrible. They collect your money then tell you for weeks your purchase will arrive one day. Everyone apologizes and says they will follow up and they never do. Nobody has a solution. There are no managers to speak with and no concessions they just say thank you for your money and one day you will get what you paid for.

Breaks Down Quickly

Delivery and installation were no problem, and the mattress held up fine for a little under two years. Then suddenly it started to sag and bow, and I wake up with back pain every morning.

Thought it was me until I went on a business trip. One week, four hotels, no back pain.

Reached out to customer service, explained the issue, took pictures, sent all the information they requested. Supposed to be a lifetime warranty--but that doesn't seem to be the case.

So here I am, buying a new mattress two years later. Definitely wouldn't recommend Nectar to anyone, but I'll give it one star for each year the mattress lasted.

No stars. I tried to use their “return policy” and its neen months and yet they still want payment. I made one payment after the “return” was moving forward but then why keep paying while im waiting for YOUR people to come pick this up. Im so pissed off NECTAR IS SCREWING UP MY CREDIT and they say 3 to 5 days and these a holes but they arent doing this

Worst customer service

This company has been horrible since day 1. When we first bought our mattresses and adjustable bed frames we were told multiple different reasons why everything was so delayed. When we finally received our order, there were several concerns that we raised regarding quality and differences in what we received compared to advertised products. Now that we've had these mattresses for less than 5 years, they are literally falling apart. It's taken over 3 weeks of emails, phone calls, and pictures for them to deny a warranty claim. The reason they gave after over 3 weeks was a simple statement that photos of product showed a stain. There are no stains. Why take over 3 weeks to say that? They had the photos since day 1. We never had the same person, every email and phone call was someone different.

Never Nectar- This has been the purchase from hell. I’m going to try to make a long story short. I ordered the premier copper hybrid mattress, it was supposed to be delivered on July 17, 2023, but wasn’t. Today is the July 26, the mattress is showing that it is in Sacramento and I live in NY. I requested last week on July 19 when neither Nectar nor its shipper, Fed- Ex knew where the mattress was that my order be cancelled and my money refunded. Nectar said because of the investigation with Fed-Ex that they couldn’t refund my money until today, July 26, 2023. Called today and requested my money to be refunded and they kept telling me about a delivery that suppose to happen on July 28, 2023. I explained that I was calling about my refund and that whatever they’re doing with their merchandise is none of my business. They claim that they can’t refund me because their transit team is telling them that they’re making a delivery on the 28th. I replied you can’t force me to take your mattress, please refund my money. He said I can’t refund your money I have to escalate this to a supervisor but they’re all in a meeting right now. You will probably get a call back in 24-48 hours! Nectar is a whole scam. If Nectar’s mattresses are so wonderful they wouldn’t have to try and force it on anyone. I can’t speak to the mattress personally but after further research it’s not the mattress for me. I can speak to the Nectar customer service and the shippers, they both have displayed highest level of incompetence! Nectar’s representative have been trained well to lie!!!! Zero ⭐️

We’ve had our mattress for about 4…

We’ve had our mattress for about 4 years. It slept well for a few years but the last year it has bowed in on each side (where a body lies) and there’s a hump in the middle. I have back pain now. I was not expecting it to break down so quickly, after only a few years.

So since they advertise a “lifetime warranty” I figured I would honor my Investment and let them know. I took the pictures, showed the obvious flaws of the mattress that made it un-sleepable basically, and they couldn’t accept it because there was a small stain.

So…you can’t replace a faulty mattress that YOU made, that I paid for, because while I was washing my sheets and mattress protector my husband spilled something on the bed? So, if I were to have removed the stain and then took a picture-it would have been fine? No foul? Do you guys not see how insane and stupid that is?

Anyway…I gave 3 stars because the buying process and delivery process were great. It was very comfortable until it decided to break down suddenly. The “warranty” is a joke. Don’t let it lull you into a false sense of security.

This experience was appalling I went to purchase the Hybrid Matress they sent me an invoice NUK161907 £45.00 for delivery to room of my choice and old mattress removal which I thought was a bit steep to charge £45.00 extra on top of delivery charges for old mattress removal. I received an email saying I only need to report my property if over two stories my property is only one story twelve steps up to my bedroom. I received another email to say that to get further discounts to choose delivery only which meant no delivery charges. After I purchased the mattress I received another email saying because I had not chosen the old mattress removal the total purchase for deliver + mattress removal was now £65.00. This company seems to be wanting to make more profit on their delivery and mattress pick up removal than actual selling the mattress product. Obviously I cancelled my order because from this xperience what are the quality of the mattresses they sell. I then received a marketing letter by post which I was not impressed I had to cancel my online original order because of their bad email online communications I was not happy at all

I can’t believe I need to have a huge Nectar Dream Cloud mattress taking up my dining room for a month when I have houseguests all month as well. Unbelievable. Why? How do you get away with that?
‘Free returns’ is purposefully misleading to increase your sales. Must not be legal and what a terrible customer experience.

Do not believe them about their hassle free return policy! I contacted them after the required 30 day trial period to return the mattress for being too firm. They asked me to send them pictures of the mattress. They denied the return stating there was a stain. I spent 4 hours dealing with this.

They disconnected my chat 3 times and reiected the claim three times. They were looking at the tiniest shadow that isn't even visible to the naked eye and insisting it was a stain. I mention this because if you do have even a smudge they won't take it back, citing that any mark voids out their 360 day return policy. If you do go with this company I recommend you take pictures of it right out of the box. I insisted multiple times that the mattress was not stained and they were seeing a camera mark or a shadow. I requested multiple times that they send someone to the house to inspect it for themselves.

I finally threatened to sue them for breach of contract! After being disconnected by them a third time, I called them and they accepted the final picture .Luckily, my mattress really wasn't stained and it was a shadow from the camera. Please be aware they won't take your mattress back if you have the slightest discoloration. I can not believe how difficult it was to get them to honor their agreement. I will never buy from this company again. Oh, and they are saying that once a third party comes to remove the mattress, I have to get the receipt and send it to Nectar myself before they will return the money. We will see if they actually reimburse me. Clearly, this is not the hassle free return policy they boast about. Buyer beware!! I have a picture of the mattress they rejected if anyone wants to see the level of “stain” that warrants void on policy.

***Update in response to your response: The company emailed to inform me, they have no way to pick up the mattress. They gave me the option to bring the mattress to a garbage dump or put it on the curb on trash day and take pictures. LOL, after the rejected my claim for a pea sized discoloration they want me to throw it in the garbage dump and send them pictures before they will refund me.

Return policy is a COMPLETE scam!

Avoid Nectar Mattress

This is not a recent purchase. We purchased this mattress 2 years ago (6/7/2021), and it was broken down on the sides where we were falling off the sides around the 7 month mark. Off and on for over a year now we have had no luck with customer service, they are always going to "look into it and get back to us" , to which they never do. Almost every month we have called someone at the support number and get the same run around. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The bed slept well for maybe 3 months, then went downhill fast. Be prepared to spend time with the support department to never get any results. The warranty must be a joke. It may as well just be an oversized expensive dog bed at this point because neither of us can sleep on it comfortably. Recent purchase? No. Ongoing battle with the non existent customer service to fix a problem from the original purchase date? Yes-since 11/2021 almost monthly.
