Rapid delivery, great pricing and the best customer service I have experienced in years. Evie Kerrigan needs a pay rise, she was nothing short of wonderful. I had to return two dresses as they were too big but then couldn’t get the smallest size from NIFT. It was all getting a bit urgent and she managed to secure one directly for me and arrange rapid delivery. She rang me to reassure me, and explain how she could help, and has just gone above and beyond in the last few days. I will definitely order through them again.

Extremely useful! I was stuck at work due to a wardrobe malfunction and still had a full day ahead of me. I came across their website, placed an order, and it was delivered within just a few hours. It was an absolute lifesaver!

There is a delivery charge, but when you're in a situation like that, it's completely worth it to have what you need delivered so quickly.

The customer service was also excellent. They responded promptly to my query and went out of their way to expedite my delivery. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I wanted to support NIFT because I could tell they were a smaller company. I was a bit worried as I didn't get a purchase confirmation when I ordered the shoes I was after and sent an email to customer services without response. This was because it was over the weekend and they couldn't confirm with the retailer if the stock was available until the Monday. However, as soon as Monday arrived, the founder Simone was in direct contact with me, sorted the delivery quickly and assured me that people would get purchase confirmations immediately (subject to stock availability) and or customer service responses at the weekend going forward. Got my shoes in time for my trip abroad. A great service overall. Would use NIFT again.

These guys found the exact shorts I was looking for at a great price and were delivered within 48 hours . Great company .👍

Only came across this company by chance . Love the fact that they could get the item to me that evening. Already shop with some of the Brands so the same day service is a real treat!

Somehow this company located a pair of the Samsoe jeans I was looking for in my size in London and delivered them the next day. Delivery isn’t cheap but the point is that you get your item quickly. Highly recommended if you’re in a hurry or just impatient :)

NIFT were brilliant - the item I’d been searching for was in stock at a lower price and delivery was offered as quickly as that day.
The item wasn’t quite right in the end but the team responded so fast with return instructions and the refund came in within 24hrs. Can’t recommend enough - they have a great range on the site too.

Got Yuketen hex eye shoes in light brown. Very pricey but got 10% off with a welcome code. Nice shoes. Took 5 days using usual logistics (UPS standard), which was charged for even when paying nearly £600. Nothing special at all on the delivery front. 'Need It In Five Days' wouldn't have the same ring tho'. Overall reasonably happy.

They took ages to arrive and not within the estimated delivery time frame and extremely expensive for what they are. The packaging wasn't the best either.
