They don’t exist no more!!
They have been taking £30.72 every month since February this year. I received no paperwork I tried calling the message on the answer phone is to email which the email address doesn’t exist no more.
Very upset and disappointed AVOID AT ALL COSTS

An insurance policy was set up for me, I was sent the incorrect paperwork, I have chased the advisor on two separate occasions and have yet to receive the correct paperwork despite the money coming out of my account. I have tried to call Neilson place 6 times and their number appears to be out of service, not sure if they are having financial issues but very disappointing that once they got their commission they couldn't even follow up to ensure i had the right paperwork

Hello I'm writing because I haven't received any paperwork from Neilson place the Hive have yet to send me anything to confirm who will get my money and you have already started taking money from bank account. Its a waiting game tha couldn't be worse timing. Timing
