The sweatshirt arrived quickly even for the holiday season, is very soft and nice, and my friend loved it!

Be careful when ordering from these folks. They use an interesting bait and switch tactic. They advertise a low price but it turns out that is only for size small and any size other than small is much more. Then there is the time it takes to receive the order. AFTER you order they tell you it takes up to 4 BUSINESS days to process and and additional 9 BUSINESS days to receive the order. Once I learned this (12 hours after ordering) I requested a refund and they advised me I would only receive a 90% refund.

My mom loves her shirt and wore it the same day!

This company is selling Fred Victor merchandise with no license or permission. They are stealing from a charity that helps the homeless!!! Shameful!!!!

Nemo should stop immediately or face legal consequences!

I had a mistake with my order and was very upset and automatically made an assumption that the company was not reputable. I was poorly mistaken. The company was quick to resend a replacement for the lost package and made apologies for the loss whether it was their fault or the post office, they took responsiblity. I am very impressed with their practices and highly recommend shopping with them. I will again. They are good people.

I was able to get exactly what I needed, I didn't need a shirt but needed the file to create my own on material of my choice and they were fast to respond and create the image I needed. only issue I had was payment it took 3 attempts to get the paypal link to work correctly which led me to be a bit concerned but it did take it and I only see one charge so It appears good.

I purchased a sweat shirt for my grandson- the one with the three San Francisco athletes on it. It was described as a “thick hoodie”- in fact it was extremely cheap fabric and the art work was awful.
The 3 athletes are my grandson’s heroes. Joe Montana looks like he has a cartoonish wedgy. Perhaps that was intentional and I didn’t understand it when it was ordered it. However, my grandson would never wear this and I would like to return it.
I contacted the company by email since no information came with the item regarding how to return a purchase.
I explained the issue and asked for info on how to make the return.
I was asked to send two pictures of the item to “prove” that it was unacceptable. I reluctantly forwarded the requested pictures and a second request for directions on how to return the sweatshirt.
I then received an email stating I needed to take a SECOND set of pictures - as they needed to see the item in “natural light!”
OK… I get it! They are not going to refund the money and I am stuck with a sweatshirt I will donate to the local homeless shelter.
Lousy product and lousy customer service!

They steal a bunch of artist designs and sell them as T-shirts online. They stole my designs and removed my watermark and is selling them on different websites. Very shady.

I am always leery of buying tee shirts on line. I really wanted this shirt so I took a chance. It is perfect! True to size, nice quality and looks exactly as described. It arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely order from this company again without hesitation.

Still haven't gotten my shirt or a refund. They said they had a "payment gateway error" and they will refund the money and sent me a link with a discount code if I wanted to order again. I said whoa, let me see a refund first and then I'll consider ordering. Fast forward about 10 days and still no refund. They said to submit a dispute with PayPay, which was odd because I paid with a credit card. I did get an email from what looks like PayPal telling me to activate my PayPal and it will link the purchase to my credit card...? Never heard of that and I already have an active PayPal that doesn't show any purchase to them. Anyway, even if it was a real e-mail, the whole buying/refund system is a little shady. Make your own shirt or go to a better webstore.

These people are terrible when it comes to communicating. The quality of the shirt is terrible & was no where near the size that I ordered. Now they won’t respond back to me.

The order process was strange as it kept bouncing me around and I had to reenter data which in the end caused wrong size order :(. Order was prompt but quality of tshirt fabric is rather poor.
At my request a prompt reply offered another tshirt for small fee & shipping - which would have ended with an expensive poor quality tshirt. Buyer beware.

I ordered a shirt in November 2020. They kept telling me that it was shipped. After I had the postal service investigate, found out it was never shipped. They then said they could refund my money. I have been calling, emailing, and texting constantly. They refuse to reply. Its January 20th, 2021 and still no refund. Worst company ever. Seems like a scam if they ghost you and not refund your money!
