As a new founder, neno made everything easier. I could ask anything, no hidden costs, a service that just works, and a personal accountant always on hand. I don’t worry about bookkeeping anymore. I focus on my profession instead.

Onboarding with Neno went well overall. The sign-up process was clear, fully digital, and easy to follow. It is also a strong plus that they offer both bookkeeping and payroll services, which makes things much easier for busy entrepreneurs.

One point for improvement: the process took longer than initially indicated, and this was not clearly communicated along the way. A short update during the delay would have made the experience even better.

That said, everything was eventually handled properly, and overall I am satisfied with the service. Great concept, smooth digital setup, and useful support for entrepreneurs.

Great onboarding experience with Neno

I recently started using Neno for my company’s accounting, payroll and business banking setup, and the onboarding experience has been very smooth so far.

The platform itself is clear and practical, with the different tools for bookkeeping, payroll, banking and communication all being set up in a structured way. For someone setting up a new company, this makes the whole process much easier to follow.

A special mention to Venla, who has been extremely helpful, fast and clear throughout the onboarding. She guided me through each step, answered all my questions quickly, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. She also brings a very friendly and positive energy to the onboarding, which makes everything feel more personal and easy to manage.

Overall, very positive experience so far with Neno, and I’m looking forward to continuing working with them.

I had tried to set up a company in the Netherlands before as an expat, and it was quite difficult. Even with B1–B2 Dutch, it’s often not fluent enough for notaries to accept a direct application, which makes the process frustrating.

Working with Neno made a big difference. They provided full support in both Dutch and English, and handled the entire process end-to-end. From BV incorporation to setting up the bank account, accounting, and payroll.
