Unsattisfactory dealings

This client has made promises to pay me a certain amount and then didnt honour the agreement and pay me much less than agreed to. Dont do business with them, scammers

Our records show that every formal invoice received for this project was paid in full and on time. We do not leave debts unpaid, nor do we change agreed prices after a project has started. While we understand that sometimes expectations differ, we can only honor payments that are backed by our written agreements and official invoices.

We take our reputation seriously and remain committed to fair, transparent dealings with all our partners. We wish you the best.

Excellent company to deal with!

Excellent company to deal with! I found there website online, from the moment I contacted neon brothers they were very efficient and responsive with communication. There product was as described with very competitive pricing

Very happy with the result ! Our signs look awesome!

Perfect for our space

Quality sign, timely delivery, as described. Working as we hoped. Perfect for the space. Remote control options excellent for getting the right lighting settings. Some pesky communication issues due to automatic messaging and automised upselling but otherwise everything was checked and adjusted to our needs.

I had a great experience using Neon…

I had a great experience using Neon Brothers, I had a sign made for my Dads record studio and we were stoked with the results! They had great communication the whole time over WhatsApp, I would go through them again.

I previously order 3 neon sign about 2 months ago and I order a new one to complete my pizza cafe design, Perfect neon sign top notch quality that I got custom made the customer service was great and very helpful plus the shipment was fast!
