Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Salina and all the team at neon vibes for my daughters California Dreamin sign. I brought the 100cm size in pink and it is amazing.The quality is unreal, I am so happy. Salina liaised with me by email through out the making process and it was delivered on the exact date by DPD just in time for Christmas. excellent value and customer service 5 stars

Absolutely stunning! Can’t wait to put this beauty up on the wall 🤩. Highly impressed with customer service, I messaged on Instagram that I will be living in a rental and needed to know what command strips I’d need, well I opened the package yesterday and they had included the command strips. I’m not sure if they’re included anyway but very lovely of them regardless 🥰. Will be back to fuel my neon addiction in further 😝

Magnificent!
Problem solved quickly after contacting support!
Easy process for order through the website. Item arrived very well protected. By the time the sign was plugged in, there was a noise coming from on of the parts (dimmer or PSU). Emailed support and showed them the problem with a video. Next day they sent a new dimmer and PSU free of charge. Problem solved and my sign looks awesome!

Excellent product, outstanding customer service
So happy I went with Neon Vibes Uk over other companies.
The item arrived very quickly and is very well made. One small issue in that the remote didn’t arrive with it, one quick email and Mick was on the case. It arrived a day or so later.
I really appreciate good customer service and it’s easily the best I have received in a loooong time.
The light is a gift for my partner and can’t wait for Xmas to be able to put it on!
I have to say in this case it was one of the best prices I could find which worried me initially- but swayed by the good reviews and being a Uk company, I went with it and I am really pleased that I got a fab product at a great price- that teamed with outstanding customer service.
Will be a repeat a customer!

personalised neon wall sign
I bought a sign in the sale, which was personalised. I’ve been scrolling through for awhile on the site wanting to make a purchase. As soon as I seen my sons name on a cloud, it was like it was meant to be! & the fact it was reduced too I had to buy it for him for Christmas! It got delivered so quick, and the quality of the neon sign is amazing. I cant wait to see his face Christmas Day. I will definitely be purchasing again in the near future from Neon Vibes.

I’ve had so many comments regarding where it’s from, I am sure there will be a lot of new customers heading your way!!!
I do, however, think the extra charges for a speedier turnaround are a little excessive.

Great funky sign…. Although it was a little bright when we put it on we were able to get a dimmer device from the company at a reasonable extra charge.
Great in responding to emails.

Great service - kept up to date with delivery times - the product itself is great and will look fab on our kitchen wall - just waiting for the dimmer which is out of stock at the moment but support team are very responsive- would highly recommend this company
