Process from start to finish was excellent. I sent an image of what I wanted, the team created a design, I tweaked it a little and the final design was agreed. Item arrived on time and the sign looks amazing. Great communication, no hassle, no dramas, thoroughly recommend Neon Vibes.

Incredibly impressed with the bespoke sign we ordered for our wedding. We just wanted tweaks to one of the preset fonts, which I mocked up and sent over. Our sign is absolutely perfect, we couldn't wait to switch it on and see for ourselves! It will make the perfect addition to our home once the wedding is over. Great customer service and amazing communication at each step of the process.

Sent an email at 4pm had a reply and issue solved by 4.10pm same day. Doesn't get much better than that!

Seriously, the quality of this product is perfect, just got my 'Til Death neon sign and it it's exactly what I asked plus so much better than I could have imagined. It's clear, clean and the attention to detail has blown me away. Getting married in June and this will be mounted at the venue using a wooden V shaped arch so guests can have a photo under it. Very good quality. Instructions for the position of the cable were followed and great communication throughout the process. Not a cheap item to purchase but competitive with other similar suppliers and discount code was a bonus.

I ordered a custom neon sign and went through a quick design/feedback process. The sign arrived well packaged and protected a few days ago.

I am blown away by the quality of the sign - it’s solidly built, all the finishing is perfect and the lights are bright and colourful and the dimmer components are all quality. Amazed a custom product could be this good!
