I was looking for the perfect neon statement light for my kitchen and I found just that on the neon vibes website, the whole process was so easy and after my order was placed I was updated the whole way, when the light arrived it was packaged so beautifully, once I got into the box I was so excited to get it mounted on the wall, everything was included in the box to do this and just wow.......I have ended up buying another light and have my eye on a few more!!! Overall 10/10 experience from ordering to delivery and then communication with the team who are so friendly! If you place an order with these guys you will not be disappointed!! Recently bought a piece for the study, purchase was simple and straight forward, follow-up Comms we’re brilliant, and the product..wow…the product. Super quality, really very well made, Perspex cutout around letters is faultless, dimmer works brilliantly and it looks simply stunning, I’m already trying to find a reason and a location to put another one and buy my next piece ! Lovely product my grandson loves it. Only downside was that I bought it about a week before his birthday and delivery wasn’t to be until a week after his birthday . I wrote and said could I get it delivered before and was told it would be an additional 40.00 to get it 3 days after his birthday or 100.00 for the day before . As the gift was already over 200.00 I did feel that was over the top. I haven’t seen the sign but my son has said it is well made so I will put that forward on my review. I have seen a picture of it
On my grandsons bedroom wall and it looks great . Would I buy from them again - yes but not as a quick turnaround product .

To be fair Neon Vibes were great, the product looks great, good price, one of the Y shaped connectors was missing but that was no big deal. Parcel (which was big) was just dumped outside the house and the courier which was FedEx simply logged my name from the label and drove off.
Fedex doesn't give you a delivery time - just between 8AM and 6PM so that wasn't helpful.
It then started to rain but fortunately my partner arrived home before the package was badly damaged.

So it it would have been five stars for Neon Vibes but FedEx's appalling service dragged you down - you may want to consider who you use for fulfilment!

Excellent service. Received a phone call almost immediately to confirm my order. The signs were made to a high standard and arrived quickly. It was also buy one get one free! Couldn’t be happier.
