They are scammers. I returned a miner and they never paid back nor replied. Their website is down.

Unfortunately my experience has been negative due to the fact that I’m not able to run properly my bitaxe yet.
I have requested support and gotten first answer, but no resolution was provided until now.
I hope we find a solution for that soon.

Update review after reply:
It’s still unclear if there is a connectivity issue with my device.
I would hoping for more support to reach a conclusion on what’s causing the problem.
I’ve already provided detailed information for troubleshooting and am waiting for a response with a clear guideline to resolve the issue based on those inputs.
As I mentioned before, I’ve tested another connection, but the problem persists.
If the product doesn’t work or if I’m unable to use it, I believe it’s fair to maintain my 1-star review so others are aware that this issue could happen to them as well.
I hope somebody answers my email soon to solve this issue and I can return to this review and update it again with good news.

After a week of not receiving news on the product I wrote to the support who advised me to take another model because the one ordered had problems with functioning. the recommended miner arrived and assembling it I realized that they did not send me the screws. The invoice was sent to me after. I sent several emails (about screws) but have not received a response about.

Update 3/12/24 and 5/12/24
After writing my review I realized that the device was not working well and was freezing. I asked for settings device if they were ok but they told me to ask the community without giving me a name of the community or a reference link, I asked but I did not receive an answer about. Then I tried to solve it myself but the problem continued. So I asked technical support please for help me to solve the problem. The help was limited because of the negative review I made. That's what they answered me. I am an honest and serious person and after receiving a refusal to help solve the technical problem I said that I will send the device back because it was not work properly, basically the voltage is low. I asked to send me their courier to send back their device but I have not received an answer about. So on 5/12/24 I sent the device back at my own expense. This is all true and documented by emails.

Liefer und Ware ist Top, leider hat die Lieferung sehr lange gedauert. Dies wurde vom Support bei einer Anfrager bestätigt, aber fast 2 Monate ist wirklich lang.

Jetzt habe ich den Bitaxe und der läuft ohne Probleme.

Bestellung, Bezahlung und Lieferung waren zunächst zufriedenstellend, aber dann konnte ich den Bitaxe Miner einfach nicht mit einem Mining Pool verbinden. Ich kontaktierte den Nerd Miner Support, welcher anfangs recht zügig antwortete und versuchte das Problem aus der Ferne zu lösen. Leider blieben sämtliche Versuche vergebens und ich sollte das Gerät zur Überprüfung zurücksenden (natürlich auf eigene Kosten). Mittels Sendungsverfolgung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Paket sein Ziel erreicht hat. Seither gibt es keine Antwort mehr vom Verkäufer. Das Support Team lässt sich nur via Mail kontaktieren, also kann man auch nicht zum Telefon greifen und das Problem darüber lösen. Alles in allem eine riesige Enttäuschung. Ich würde vom Kauf definitiv abraten! Hoffentlich bekomme ich meine 199 gezahlten Euro über VISA wieder zurück - Reklamation ausstehend

While the support is quite responsive, this store is definitely not Amazon, and the Bitaxe Supra is twice the price compared to other places. It's very difficult to find in Europe, and it feels like NerdMiner is taking advantage of that scarcity. This is unfortunate because they should be helping to decentralize the network.

Update on the 29th of September:

"Disastrous experience with this store. I purchased a bitaxe for 300 euros that turned out to be defective right from the first use. After contacting customer service several times, I sent the device back for repair or replacement. Since then, absolute silence. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I’ve received no updates on the repair progress. Even worse, they decided to keep the device without any response, leaving me with no product and 300 euros lost. A complete scam, avoid this store at all costs!"

Everything works as it should

The miner was promptly delivered, and although the power supply was faulty, the store immediately contacted me, warning me about using it, and quickly shipped a replacement. Now that it's in operation, it works great and is very quiet.

I received my preorder faster than expected. The serivce was exceptional, all questions answered fast and competent. Amazing!

Super fast delivery and Daniele from customer service helped me with all my questions prior to the purchase. Prices are a little higher but you really get what you pay from! This store is a clear recommendation.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Service beim Nerd Miner Store . Ich habe im November 23 einen Bitaxe Ultra gekauft und im Februar ging das Gerät kaputt . anfangs antwortete man mir noch über den Chat auf der Website , doch als ich das Gerät ersetzt haben wollte (Gewährleistung) ,wurde es still im Chat. Der Miner hat viel Geld gekostet und nicht lange gehalten.
Ich werde nie wieder was in diesem Store bestellen und kann auch allen anderen davon abraten!!!
