First time using this company and found them very easy to deal with, costs are a lot cheaper than the majority of other firms. Got kept up to date with everything right throughout the sale of my flat. Would definitely recommend.

The positives - the house completed BUT there was a lack of communication throughout with some apparent delays in getting information that we needed to action to us. Their terms of business are that outgoings are settled within 5 working days (missed that part) so being chased by our Estate Agent the Thursday after the house completed is technically correct for NERO but not a pleasant thing. The mortgage also wasn't cleared until 2 working days after completion, again technically correct and an awful lot of money to hold in their account... A completely different experience using NERO over other Solicitors we have used and the last time for us.

All went well on our sale. Handled with attention and all settled on the set date. Thanks Nero.
