Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing from them. Very poor Comms - always an excuse that doesn't quite answer your issue. Failed to deliver on time, but also failed to tell me they wouldn't be delivering - so a number of days wasted for a delivery that wasn't coming. Tracking was inaccurate also, indicating a delivery was due when it wasn't. After all of that me order had items with very obvious manufacturing defects - so why even send them... Now trying to get the defective items returned, but they are now responding much slower than previously, and seem to be acting a bit dumb. I would not recommend this company at all.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company, the sanitary company of last resort.

BQ transacted our order there for luckily I will be recovering the money from them.
Do not use, pointless

We ordered a bathroom suite from Neshome and were informed that delivery would be two to four working days. The suite turned up on day three, all in good order. Strangely though, although my wife made the order and filled in the relevant details and received a text thanking her for the order, I got the phone call saying that the delivery would be made in 15 minutes! My wife hadn't given them my number! The tracking number was a waste of time, hence losing a star but otherwise we are satisfied with our purchase and having worried ourselves by reading some of the January 2026 reviews. So I hope this review reassures anyone reading this who are currently awaiting their goods.

This simply has to be the worse company I’ve ever had any dealings with. We needed to return a toilet ordered from them as it wouldn’t fit into our bathroom so needed to exchange it for one that did, that shouldn’t be an issue you may think ! After emailing them twice a day for 3 days I finally think I’m getting somewhere as they responded but how wrong was I ! They said let us check if any price differences but told me I’d have to pay £50 for collections which I agreed to , that was 48hours ago and still no reply dispite emailing then again and again. I’m now left with a bathroom renovation that started today and a toilet that won’t fit, so having to go else where to locate one and accept I’m gonna be £175 out of pocket and this company don’t care one bit. Even spoken to B&Q who sell there products and even that were disappointed with them ! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARAGE POLE they will only let you down

Nice and quick delivery, everything that I ordered was there and it was exactly what I wanted, will use again if needed,

Still waiting for a refund it has been 5 weeks now!!! All they say is we apologise for the delay and it will be with you 5/7 working days they have now told me this 3 times going to take it further as im getting absolutely nowhere with them and for sure will definitely not order anything again

The order was specified as 4-8business days delivery. It has been 9business days and the product has still not arrived. I contacted support by email two days ago but have had no response. I looked for a phone number but none is listed on their contact page.

I am hoping I got unlucky and am leaving a review to see if I can reach some kind of customer support to find out what has happened to my order.

Easy to order and quick delivery

The delivery arrange is unacceptable, 3 days in a roll no show. And I can’t get the items on time.

Ordered 3rd Jan with the promise on the website of same day despatch. When I got to check out delivery was promised in 2-3 days. It's now 13th Jan and no tracking received. I have messaged them several times with no response. The item is now sold out on the website so I suspect they now can't fulfill the order. I have the bathroom fitters here waiting for the panels. Avoid!! I'm contacting my card holder to cancel.

Absolutely shocking service and products. Items sent out Tottaly different to images on website. Really poor communication and no resolution

Bought a tap and shower set that started peeling after just two days. When I contacted the seller about the fault, they refused to refund me unless I paid to uninstall the tap and shower myself — which would mean hiring a plumber and a tiler because my bathroom was fully finished. Terrible customer service, and no willingness to take responsibility for a faulty product. Really disappointed with the quality and after-sales support

Good quality, reasonable price and quick delivery. What more can you ask for.

I emailed this company several times with no reply tried to phone them and no reply also tried a bot conversation with no joy. So I would not recommend them at all
