Absolutely terrible.
Ordered a kitchen tap from Debenhams selling with nes as their brand partner.
They sent a tap with a massive dent on it, is faulty (shower head falls out and stay clipped in) and best of all it’s entirely different looking to the image online.
Debenhams customer service tell you to contact NES by email and after two emails and no response we tried their telephone number which doesn’t connect and their online support they advertise on their website doesn’t exist.

Shocking company and service. We will battle on for a refund.
Do not buy from this company unless you want serious hassle and botched products.

Simple order process, delivery exactly on the time indicated. Excellent service.

Delivery was great but product not so great for price. Some parts were assembled poorly, real cheap bath panel not worth the price. Should have sent it back however fitted and will do for now

Purchased a 2 piece bath panel. It arrived ok but did not have any instructions. Not even the most basic ones. There is a pack of screws which had no way of disguising them if used ( no caps etc) Contacted NES and was given a link on how to fit a completely different design (1 piece bath panel)- so useless. Asked a couple of specific questions and still waiting for a reply. Would never use again as they sell products with no support.

Good service

This is the first time using this company and I would certainly recommend and use again. The whole process of ordering and delivery was eassy and uncomplicated along with a great prise and excellent quality.

Sold me a a new item that had a defect which was covered up and wouldn’t admit responsibility after it came apparent that the item was previously damaged!
Stay away from these shysters!

I purchased a new shower from them, but it doesn’t function properly — only cold water comes out, and the hot water is completely blocked. After exchanging several emails and sending images and videos as proof, they are still asking me for more evidence to prove that the cartridge doesn’t work, just so they can send a replacement cartridge (a mechanical part inside the shower mixer) — not even a new shower. Yet, after more than a week, they still haven’t sent it. This has completely wasted my time, and I’m very disappointed with both the product and their service.

If I could give it a zero I would...
Bought a Thermostatic Shower Unit from Nes home. Had it installed and the Thermostatic Valve failed (leaking water everywhere) about two months later. Nes then sent me a replacement valve which I had installed and that one failed one week later with the exact same problem!! I am now in touch with them by email for a refund.
They are also refusing to pay my emergency plumber costs for uninstalling, capping the water and then reinstalling even though this was caused by the direct result of a faulty part.
I will be taking them to the cleaners if this continues and the fail to reimburse me with everything I am owed. I will even be going for additional compensation.
THE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST AND THEIR LIVE CHAT DOES NOT WORK.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE, THEY ARE A TIN-POT FIRM.

Bought a sink unit in October as it installed straight away the sink drawers were cracking got in touch with them in December and guess what? Still still nothing today keep saying they will send me a new replacement. I know it’s never gonna happen asked for some money back and still nothing. I would never buy from them again.

Bought thermostatic shower value and attachments online having placed wrong order initially. Returned wrong order - refunded as stated - kept and installed other parts - does the job - very good online customer service that always replied back within 1 working day.

The bath panel wasn't what we wanted so to send it back we were going to be charged £50!! I will never order from this company again

Had the product I was looking for at a good price, delivery was very quick. No problems!

I purchased a set of basin and bath Edwardian taps. These taps are not of the dimensions shown on the technical drawings. The basin taps are larger than expected and the bath taps a little smaller than expected. Our plumber has fitted them but this has not been a good experience.

Waste ordered never arrived, instead 2 sink taps arrived instead of one, toilet system very cheap, pipe would not seal from cisten - toilet seat very weak and cheap. Customer services wanted pictures of the 2 taps why would I lie about getting an exta tap???? Bath legs bend when the bath is full. not sure I will order from NES again
