I ordered a fruit and Cadbury choc basket to be delivered on Aug 1, the delivery was made July 31, today and the basket was not arranged as it appears on the website. Additionally, I was charged delivery twice, for items that were SUPPOSED to be delivered on the same day. There is no option to remove the second delivery fee either. I did not request two separate deliveries, but you went ahead and did that on your own, that is NOT on! That is wrong, this was meant to be a surprise for my niece and little baby grandniece, flowers and the basket as one surprise for her birthday on Aug 1. You not only ruined that, but failed to present the basket as it appears on the website. This is my first experience with NetFlorist, and sadly a bad one. I have photo's sadly I cannot attach those. Talking to you on whatsapp is pointless and frankly just adds to my frustration that I have to point out something about service and presentation.

Flowers delivered were nothing like the flowers on their picture and not as good. When I complained I got a response that they would look into it and an immediate email came that the issue had been resolved. This happened four times and I gave up in the end as the flowers were delivered on time and the recipient seemed happy with the flowers received. I am just disappointed and wouldn't use Netflorist again.

Given the nature of the business, the service was extremely disappointing. NetFlorist failed to deliver within the promised timeframe and let me down badly. I expected much better reliability from a company that specializes in time-sensitive deliveries.

The late delivery that I just got literally 18:41 did not serve the purpose, I would suggest the company do better with same day deliveries because wow it’s bad, checking the time I order and the time received very disappointing.

My beibi is very happy to receive the gift and it arrived in time, buying from this site is so simple and friendly.

Ordered a day before-hand for someone during business hours. No notification was sent about the order till I asked past 4pm on the day it was supposed to be delivered. These people must think businesses operate till past 6pm or something. Utterly unhelpful customer service team and no transparency. Use any other service than netflorist.

An order was placed to the value of R988 for a vase of mixed roses on Thursday 23rd July which was delivered yesterday and very disappointed to see the state of the flowers when it arrived. Looked like it was 7days old already and we paid so much for it. Utter disgusting to say the least.

It was so easy and user friendly to place my order. The best part was that I could deliver my order to Cape Town instead of flying with my order and hoping that the beautiful box wouldn't get damaged.

It was meant for a team at work but it was delivered after hours at home it did not motivate the team as it was supposed too. Very disappointed no update nothing during the course of the day.
