The item that I required was for a replacement parasol pole. I had purchased this item many years ago, yet they were able to help.

The goods were of great quality, maybe a little heavier than I expected. But it tackled the job well

Arrived on time. OK to use but there was no shoulder strap to steady the clippers when using at a length.

I ordered the wrong item, so that’s my fault but having tried several times to enquire about the return policy nobody at this business has replied to me.
I have tried several different ways of contacting them, to no avail.
Product may well be fine, but the follow up service is very poor.

One star is too many. Customer service is a joke. They do nothing. They just took my device for repair because it broke in the second month and that's it. No information, no nothing. We were clearly scammed. I will not buy anything from them.
