Did not deliver the offer

The survey seems pretty good. It concludes with an offer of a 10-page .pdf report. There is no report. The website portal has a 1 page report with very little info on it. Additionally, the site design appears hastily put together and is so slow that it feels like dial-up. Watch out, they also enter you into a subscription without telling you. I have asked for a refund.

Our NeuroFlow (www.neuroflow.com) does not offer subscriptions or reports of the kind described. We have received multiple emails from others also trying to reach the other Neuroflow (www.tryneuroflow.com), which suggests there is ongoing confusion between the similar business names. We want to clarify that we are not affiliated with www.tryneuroflow.com in any way.
