Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology  Opiniones

I gained clear NLP tools, confidence, and solid coaching foundation through Neuroshine technology.

If you want to be a qualified coach Shiny is the mentor!

Neuro-Shine Technology prepares an individual to become the role of a coach and authentically develop themselves as a better human. Expert coach training combined with an awareness of heart and mind connection gives the student/coach a strong starting point to launch their coaching practice. Solid guidance and support is offered to obtain both ACC and PCC credentials through ICF.

I had been a certified coach for many years through other programs, but Neuro-Shine Technology helped reinvigorate my coaching practice and complete all the necessary steps to gain my PCC credential with ICF. Neuro-Shine Technology along with Shiny Unsal’s ongoing support helped me get to the finish line to get credentialed for which I am incredibly grateful.

I was impressed by Shine's teaching style. It was both fun and informative.

I found myself transformed in many areas of my life going through my training with the neuroshine technology. A very professional and safe environment. I have had many neuroshine moments throughout my journey and learned how to help others have their own neuroshine moments in their lives.

The Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology™ coaching certification was one of the most impactful professional development experiences I’ve had, and Shiny Unsal was a standout instructor for my session.

Shiny brings a rare combination of intellectual rigor, emotional intelligence, and grounded presence to her teaching. She doesn’t just explain coaching concepts, she models them. Her facilitation style creates a space where you feel both deeply supported and meaningfully challenged, which accelerated my growth as a coach in a way few programs do.

Her feedback was thoughtful, precise, and immediately applicable, helping me strengthen not just my coaching skills but my self-awareness, confidence, and leadership presence. The integration of neuroscience, mindset, and human connection felt both evidence-based and deeply human.

If you’re looking for an ICF-aligned coaching program that is rigorous, transformative, and led by someone who truly embodies the work, learning from Shiny is an exceptional experience.

Shiny does a fantastic job at breaking down many cross-disciplines into an understandable framework. She has a lot of different tools and methodologies to help the group interact with each other in order to immerse the coaching wisdom. I appreciate her!

Love Shiny! She’s amazing!! I learned so much from her
