I don't see how these people do business and this and cannot keep up with your products that you paid them for very sloppy. So they get your money and tell you anything over the phone I will not order from this company again I still have not gotten a tracking number yet.

It's 9/5/2023 ( almost 2 weeks later) and still no connect....!

I needed struts due to a misreading of an alignment. But it cost me way too much find that out from Nissan Henderson (Nevada).

I also wasn't able to apply that amount towards the repairs because it was too late in the day for the work to be finished!

Ok, so what does that have to do with me! I should be able to use that $179.00 towards the repair, no matter when the actual work got done. What a rip off!

Then to the young guy with the "attitude" who gave me a free car wash....but the "water spots" were everywhere. Like you didn't even bother to dry the car off before giving it back to me. Well that's just plain lazy and unprofessional.

So ok, I take their survey and tell them all of this. Nata888 emailed me back and I attempted to return her call and tried liked 3x's, but she never tried again! She just simply "dropped the ball".....!

It almost felt like she "didn't "REALLY" want to have the conversation at all. Hmmm! "She's not in her office"....."she stepped out"...."ok, well leave her a message".

Ok, I can do that! But "excuse me".....I thought she wanted to have a concerned conversation about "the customer's experience and/or treatment of their services".

Well I guess "NOT"!

I do enjoy the atmosphere in general, but the "kids" at the front counter are very immature, extremely nosy and downright rude.

"DO NOT" circle me while in the bathroom washing my face with "cleansing agents", spraying everywhere (including the sink that I am currently using) and being completely intrusive to "my" entire bathroom experience.

Please"GET SOME OLDER PEOPLE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE".

LAVC (Las Vegas Athletic Club) is looking better and better!
