As a part of the NDB community, I have experienced radical generosity from so many brilliant facilitators across the globe. The thoughtfulness around designing and supporting an easeful visual experience, shared values, and an environment where experiments are treated as opportunities to grow is a very nourishing place to build my confidence and skill set as a facilitator. NeverDoneBefore is a path-altering professional and personal experience. When I joined the community over a year ago, I thought I 'only' found a peer group of facilitation practitioners.

In reality, I found cheerleaders, mentors, challengers, friends, and so many more! Every NDB session is a unique opportunity to stretch my capacities as a facilitator and explore another aspect of this craft. I have learned from and with practitioners from all over the globe and from vastly different backgrounds.

The NDB community is a fantastic place to grow both as a person and a facilitator. I joined as a solo facilitator who was struggling to receive feedback from peers (as I had none). This place is a caring, sharing and extremely insightful community that combines the power of smart facilitation from all walks of life. What you give is what you get back 100x. Thumbs up to Myriam, Anuschka and all the others who keep this great place alive.

Imagine a place where you can try out all those unfinished, unusual and 'seen-almost-impossible-as - you-have-never-tested-the- before'. Imagine a stage where you will never be judged but cheered for trying something new. Imagine being in community and getting feedforward and more from a group of supportive peers. A community where you do not need to show off as you are already accepted for being who you are. That is Never Done Before. A community that is hard to describe if you have never experienced it before, but a community you will soon get to feel once you join.

NeverDoneBefore is an amazing, caring community for those who want to stretch their facilitation competencies and try out things they would never have thought they would ever do. It has been such a good decision to join. Lots of learning and fun while learning, every week again. NDB has helped me develop myself as a facilitator and as a person. Highly recommended if you’re the kind of person who dares to try and live the experience and fail and then reflect together.

This is by far the most inspirational, stimulating and rewarding group of people I have ever had the privilege of learning from, and with. They are fearless in their curiosity and in offering help to everyone, no matter your background or what is on your mind or horizon. Come prepared with an open mind and willingness to engage and learn. There is something for everyone, especially if you appreciate learning, collaboration, thoughtful and playful experiments. I've definitely found my people.

This community has so much to offer while I reinvent myself and my career! Generous support and knowledge sharing with seasoned and newbie facilitators, a wide variety of styles and approaches to workshop facilitation, a playground and enthusiastic participants to try things out for myself, advice for business starters and a lot of connection and reflection. I love the very active program of workshops every week and the spirit of curiosity.

The content is great but I am struggling to get the value from this community as I cannot often attend sessions based on my time zone and the timing of sessions. There is also so much in this community that it feels very overwhelming to keep up, it makes me wonder if there is an optimum amount of sessions per week and posts rather than just more more more...

The community offers a diverse set of facilitations practices and knowledge from all around the world. If you want to boost your facilitation approach, knowledge and experience this is the right place. Through the community we are able to learn about new online tools that we use for facilitating workshops, new exercises and different approaches. I love that this is a safe space to try out new things,

A magical place, full of talented and generous people from all over the world. Never Done Before has by far been the best learning and networking investment I have made yet.

Joining NeverDoneBefore community and festivals has been the best personal and professional decision I made in 2020! With the NDB I finally found a space, a network and a way to balance running my knowledge business as usual while staying on top of the latest trends, tools and frameworks to facilitate powerful workshops, coaching sessions and events. Within the community, I found friends, clients, and associates who support and challenge me to grow myself, my practice and my business. I love NDB so much that I have kept coming back ever since. This was the best decision ever. I highly recommend it
