My experience with this company has been a catalogue of errors. The 2 guys came to start work back in March 2026. The bungalow was power washed the windows covered in plastic. They taped over the vent on the flue to my boiler causing a fault with my boiler. I had to pay a gas engineer to come out to sort that problem. The plastic was left on my windows for several weeks as the weather wasn't good. That filled with water and also meant we could not open the windows, bearing in mind this is a old damp house. When they returned they were meant to remove all the blown render, which I had a lot of. This is main reason I needed this coating. I was out and about while the work was being done and trying to keep out of their way,and not constantly watching what they were doing (I thought I could trust the process. I was told the render needed to dry before they came back to apply the paint. I had to contact the company during this time to point out that the new render had gone over the old blown render. The walls were still hollow. Not what I should have expected. When I called to discuss having this removed and re done properly I was subjected to an irate man on the phone talking to me as if I was an idiot. He told me they are experts and have many 5 star reviews from people who spend a lot more money that me with bigger properties. I believe they only came back as I was storing their paint and damp proofing materials in my shed.. there was a lot of conversation about what they would do and not do.. in the end they removed the side wall and I got another builder to remove the render on my double bays and rear of the property. The additional work cost me an additional £1k. I just needed the property dry as I hadn't long moved in and found it very damp. Eventually the work was completed and it does look nice, but I have just found out that they did not remove my outside lights on the back of my house so behind them is not rendered. The heavy wind and rain we have recently had, caused the light to come loose and this is when I noticed it is bare cement behind. When I contacted via email asking for them to send someone out to sort the problem as the work was only finished May 26 and the warranty is for 20 years!!!! I was advised if I wanted behind the lights rendered I should have removed them before they started!!!!. They are not interested. I will now have to get the builder back to seal that part of the wall to stop further damp ingress.
I would Never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible company to deal with.. no customer service.

Everything that was painted at our property is covered including walls. We have sent you emails and pictures recently. You are not replying. 27th May was the 1st email this year. 2 more emails were sent to you. A picture of our 20yr guarantee on everything you painted was sent. Our house looks a mess from flakey and chipped paint.

5 stars doesn't do this firm justice. I have never encountered such a team of hardworking, dedicated employees who were brilliant from start to finish. My house has been transformed from a flaky, crack-ridden property into a thing of beauty admired by all who see it. I would highly recommend this company.

Very hardworking Guys came to my house to ; pressure wash all the green algae off the walls ; make sound any holes/loose plaster ; prime the walls then actually spray Weathertex in the colour of my choice.
Cannot fault them on all the work done and am over the moon with the finished look - perfect.
Also so easy to keep in touch with head office with any queries I may have had.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The team were so helpful, talked everything through with us and stayed in touch right until the project started. The actual process was brilliant and the team worked really hard (despite it being cold outside in Jan/Feb!), did everything so professionally and kept us updated. They dealt really well with the plants growing up the walls around our house too. The finished house looks amazing and we’re so happy with it. We went for coarse texture in white and it looks great. Huge thank you! We would definitely recommend the whole experience and team.

Initially, communication was poor: no-one advised me works would not be starting on the Monday, so I was left waiting for confirmation. However, that was rectified once I reached out and 'led' project management myself (I'm in the construction industry so thought 'sod this'). The contractors Kevin, Darren and Matthew, were great with the exception of a minor issue I had with housekeeping which, again, I addressed with them directly. The finished works (aka the Wethertex) is fantastic and has vastly improved my home's appearance. To say I'm happy with the finish is an understatement and the brick/fascia masking is impeccably done. However, a few days post-completion, I found a piece of guttering/downpipe had fallen to my patio where it hadn't been re-attach at roof level, something I fixed myself (the screw had been removed but never replaced. This resulted in my (precarious) removal of a bedroom window to access the roof guttering given I couldn't lean a ladder against the wall until fully cured). This was unfortunate and frustrating as the pipe was never going to stay in place and had allowed rain water to drip down the wall and bay window tiles. However, I, again, resolved that oversight. Now, I'm struggling to obtain a copy of my guarantee and have concerns I need the T&Cs so I don't, inadvertently, invalidate that guarantee. Having previously given my email to a chap called 'Andy', last week sending an online form and, most recently and this week, sending an email requesting the guarantee, I've yet to receive a copy (or a response advising me a copy is on its way). I would have called 'Andy' for an update given he assured me my email submission was so he could send the guarantee to me, but, due to an extremely uncomfortable phone conversation where he was of the view we had 'a connection' (I won't embellish but it was neither good nor professional, especially given I'm a paying customer), I don't wish to speak with him again. It's truly a shame the review is mixed as the works really are extremely good and I was hoping to call the company back after my extension and new garage build in a couple of years' time, but that is now rather doubtful given I seem to have been abandoned post-payment (and I don't relish another uncomfortable call). I may need to request re-attendance in the future and in line with the guarantee and my consumer rights, but I do need that guarantee for my files.

Never Paint Again have just completed the re rendering of our house. Darren and Kevin carried out the work to an exceptional standard, and I have no hesitation and recommending them to anyone contemplating similar work.

During the project the team worked closely with us to address and resolve any issues and were professional throughout.

We have recently had our house repaired and painted by the company Never Paint Again NPA
The initial contact was with Justin who explained the process that would be followed and showed many examples of their work.
It was a huge decision and investment for us and one that we considered at length before proceeding. We were not disappointed. The process from original contact to completion was seamless. Whilst there was a slight delay in the proposed starting date which was due our poor weather, I can confirm It was certainly worth the wait.
The contract team of Craig Richard and Nicky were thorough throughout the total process. They were always punctual, very polite and I could tell they took extreme pride in this project. They explained what was going to happen during each day and they certainly hit their targets.
Starting at 8 am they worked continuously, sometimes to 7 in the evening and always before they left cleaned up where appropriate.
The final textured paint finish on our house is perfect and has completely transformed its kerb appeal.

Wow factor!!!

So glad we decided to go ahead with this work to our tired house. Darren, Mathew and Keith's attention to detail from preparation to the final stage is second to none. The colour antique white looks amazing and looks great next to the anthercite grey windows. Well done NPA and credit to you for having amazing employees.

The sales and installation process was fine. However we have areas at the back of the house where the coating is cracking, swelling and peeling away.

What is really concerning is that a company who's sales people make a big thing about the 20 year guarantee are totally uncommunicative when it comes to handling issues.

It took 3 phone calls to get any kind of response and then I was met with an e mail detailing all the reasons why they wouldn't honour the warranty. I emailed all the information and photos that they requested and a month later I have heard nothing.

As it stands I cannot recommend this business and I would suggest you avoid them.

craig phoned me in November to say they were behind with their schedule and would be at my house asap
in the meantime the scaffold company turned up and erected the scaffolding that was on friday Sunday craig phoned to say they would be up early next day
they were outside my house before 7am and waiting for me to connect their tools to the electicity,from then on they worked tirelessly filling in cracks rendering my house that hadn't been touched for about 40 years and in no time at all had transformed it so it now looks far better than the housing association houses across the street that had also had a facelift it looks absolutely brilliant and feels drier and warmer,i am well pleased.

On Monday 14th August, we were very fortunate to have Craig and Richard turn up to our property to re-coat it. They had left South Wales at 5am and arrived at ours, in deep Cornwall, at approximately 08.30 They introduced themselves and immediately started work. I made them a cup of tea, but they didn't stop to drink it, just took the occasional sip and carried on. I am not kidding when I say that they did not stop until approximately 19.30, not even for a lunch break! I have never seen anyone work so hard as these 2. They left to go to their Hotel about 5 miles away, saying that they would return the next day to carry on. And so they did, at approximately 07.45 and off they went again, just work, work and more work! This was how things went until they finished our property. They were always very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We were having the house done in split colour, pale green to the top and white on the ground level. Because of the state of our house, it was always a bit embarrassing to tell people it was ours. Not any more! It looks fantastic, and we are incredibly proud to call it ours. All down to Craig and Richard. They were meticulous with their work and, obviously, take a huge amount of pride in what they do. They are an absolute credit to the Company and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to anyone.
