I have nothing but good words to say on how my purchase of the single malt Whiskey was conducted, from the first initial contact on my request for information, the way that Sean handled all the questions and delivered the information I required, and the follow up by Frankie with the certs and other information that came once I had paid for my 18 casks. having gone on line and researched the company and reviews of one of your existing single Malts, I tend to agree with the critique with regards to the bottle labeling, but realize your aiming for the US and Chinese markets and they tend to be naive in what they initially look for in a product, your Gin is very nicely bottled in relation to your Malt, but Marketing is not my Forte so I leave it to your expertise in this field. Overall my experience has been very good and am very satisfied with the professional way that everyone has behaved over the transaction.
