Delivery on time everything is good

I placed an order on January 5th and, more than 3 months later, I still have not received the correct product.

In the first shipment, they made a mistake and sent two eye protectors of different sizes. A replacement was then sent, but this second shipment was handled differently and generated additional import/customs charges (€44.83), which they are now asking me to pay.

This is completely unacceptable.

The product was already paid for, including very high shipping costs (€53.59), which, according to their usual system, should cover these types of expenses. However, when it comes to correcting their own mistake, they suddenly change the shipping method and shift the cost to the customer.

After many emails, their only response is that I should pay the fees if I want to receive the package. Meanwhile, the shipment is being held and may be returned, meaning they would recover the product while I am left with nothing despite having paid.

Very poor customer service, no accountability, and extremely unprofessional handling of their own errors.

I do not recommend buying from this company.

I placed and order with New Med. I dealt with Jamal. He was fast with responses and sent me an invoice immediately after I placed our order. I paid it immediately and he is sending our order tomorrow. I could not have asked for anything more professional.

I was a bit sceptical in the beginning after reading some of the negative reviews but I took the risk and ordered a few instruments as a test ordered on 11/3/26, a total amount of 264,19$ including international shipping. The order shipped on 18/3/26 and I received it today 9/4/26. Very satisfied with the quality and I will definitely recommend them and order again.

I ordered liposuction cannula and a fat cannister jar i must say excellent product.

I received my order from NewMed in 14 days time, their promise to deliver was in 9 days the delay was exhausting , finally delivery is arrived and the quality is impressive. i will order again if this company promises to deliver on time.

Warning about this company.
They don’t sell from Germany.
No warranty to receive the order.
Descriptions on website are wrong and they don’t know material.

Update: company will offer you a refund on the proviso that you change your review to a 5 star review or remove it. That would explain the positive reviews... Absolutely shocking behaviour. They are also saying I have the items but as of today (after their review) I still do not, so their review response below is just rubbish.

I assume some of the positive reviews below are fake since they are from people that have only ever left one review. This company lied to me about when the items were going to be dispatched, and where from, and repeatedly ignored my emails to cancel the order as I placed the order weeks ago. Avoid.

**In response to their reply claiming my review is fake: my order ID is 20150, and asking me to email you is ridiculous as I have emailed you NUMEROUS times about this issue - email communications have been via a Muhammad Ali Khan. I have submitted further information to trust pilot to prove this is genuine. So please do not accuse me of leaving a fake review. The unprofessional reply from this company just further shows that these are absolute cowboys.**

ich möchte Sie über die aktuelle Situation bezüglich der bestellten Instrumente informieren:

Nach der Bestellung gab es zunächst zwei Wochen keinerlei Rückmeldung. Erst nachdem ich mit einer Stornierung des Auftrags gedroht habe, meldete sich ein Herr Mohamed. Er bot mir an, die Instrumente direkt aus Pakistan zu liefern.

Für die Lieferung musste ich anschließend noch rund 90 Euro Zoll bezahlen.

Nach Erhalt wurden die Instrumente gewaschen und im Sterilisationsraum vorbereitet – dabei hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass sie rosten. Die Qualität ist derart schlecht, dass die Instrumente nicht verwendbar sind. Insgesamt wurden damit über 450 Euro vergeblich ausgegeben.

Ich bitte daher dringend, künftig keine Instrumente mehr bei diesem Anbieter zu bestellen, da die Ware qualitativ unbrauchbar ist.

I Bought 10 iris scissors and some forceps last year and still they are good I recommend this company to my friends they delivered a wrong size but sent a replacement so I'm happy

Dealt with this company many times their quality is great but delivery time not so much

I bought the caplan nasal scissor and a mercedes cannula. Quality was impressive but order came 2 days after promised time

I've Purchased Tonsillectomy Set it was delayed 2 days but I'm satisfy with purchase after watching the quality of my instruments !

The quality of instruments was good enough but the packaging and brand image was not that good !

I received all my items in great condition. Neatly packaged and labeled. All items are also of very good quality.
