Great service and top quality product, Ordered a 440cm Styline gliding curtain pole delivered complete in a very sturdy tube, Brackets are very well made and a doddle to fit. Highly Recommended company from order to delivery service was great A++++, That good i have ordered 2 more curtain poles.

Bed sheet saga
Purchased a bed sheet from this company through Tesco Marketplace and it was a disaster from start to finish. Bought on 22nd January and took almost a month to arrive. Immediately I saw it was not the colour I ordered or what was advertised. I requested an immediate return but had no response so posted it back myself on 24th February. It took another two weeks to get a refund. Tesco Marketplace was most helpful, however, Newedge Blinds tested me to the limit with numerous time wasting emails and were most unhelpful, even to the point of saying they didn't sell the item colour I wanted, even though it was clearly shown on their advert pix and text stating the colour. To sum up: I would never buy anything from them again, it's not worth the stress or the amount of time spent emailing back and forward. Good Customer Service is key but I'm afraid I feel very let down by this protracted experience. I can't fault Tesco Marketplace for intervening to ensure I received my refund in full.

I am very impressed with the customer service I received from NewEdgeBlinds. From the initial call I made enquiring about delivery. I needed some curtain tracks urgently and I was kept informed and updated all the way. The day given for delivery was spot on and they arrived in perfect condition. Warning everyone to not order directly through this company or a third party such as Debenhams as your money is taken but the order does not exist I am now £70 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. There customer service is absolutely awful. I've even spoken directly with the courier it's supposed to be coming through who has advised no such delivery assignment exists.... Total scam artists
Been reported for defamatory reviews. Absolutely pathetic. I spent good money with this company and NEVER received my goods. They were impossible to get hold of in regards to getting my money back and I had to get my money back through my credit card company!! Absolute scam company who will in turn report your TRUTHFUL reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible initial customer service - Resolved
Terrible customer service! Ordered 2 sets of curtains through Tesco MarketPlace, but only one set was delivered. Called the contact number and was told they would call back in 24 hours. No returned call received. Called them again the next 2 days to be told that the customer service team aren’t there at the moment and to try again tomorrow. Absolutely appalling!
Update: We didn’t receive any emails until this review was posted. Subsequently received an email and they were quick to then resolve the problem and send the missing curtains. Curtains now look lovely that we can put them all up and are good quality. Raised rating to 3 stars (2 still lost due to the initial issue and the poor response from the telephone calls that were made).

Outstanding customer service
Okay, so there was a slight blip with the original order but the reason for a five-star review is the way in which New Edge Blinds responded - promptly and pro-actively resolving the matter. The business has been very efficient in my dealings with them and further more the customer service has been nothing short of outstanding - clear, courteous, friendly, helpful - all communication had a genuinely personal feel to it and they went the extra mile to ensure it was a hassle-free experience for me. Product arrived - as described and does the job perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definately use again.

I was very impressed with the service received. I had a query about my order and contacted customer service by email. I had a prompt reply and after giving more details about the order was told they would investigate. They did this and updated me .

Nearly 2 Weeks and No delivery
Placed an order 12 Feb for a track, chased up on the 19 Feb and was told "the courier has placed the shipment on hold because of insufficient address details" in spite of providing correct address details, provided details again
New edge then as of 23 feb have just informed me that they are going to provide these details to the courier
UPDATE - the order has been received, New Edge informs me that the there was an issue at the couriers end. However either New Edge or the courier should update the client of the issues.
The product is acceptable for the purpose

I bought a curtain pole and it is great :) very easy to put up, arrived quickly and look very nice. I made a mistake and it was a little bit too long but I sawed it down a bit and drilled a new hole for the finial with no problem. Thanks

Ordered two blinds in chocolate
Ordered two blinds in chocolate. One came damaged and they sent black as replacement. Went through paypal resolution and they favoured the seller. They wanted me to pay return costs when they are in the wrong.
After pp decision I appealed and I won the case as wrong colour sent. Fully refunded.

Waiting a year for the correct blind to be sent
Wrong size blind was received and I have been waiting for nearly a year for a replacement blind to be sent to me. Each time I email I am fobbed off and told it will be in stock in a couple of weeks and sent straight out to me. Still waiting. Terrible service.
