Being someone who is not the biggest fan of dentists, I have to say this was the best experience ive had with a dental clinic. From start to finish its been flawless. Tess has been amazing, answering every question i had and reassuring me. My dental nurse Gizem, wow absolutely fantastic! Gizem and her team have been amazing. Ive never felt so comfortable with a dentist ever. Highly recommend New Era Smile,

I visited new era two weeks ago with my 2 sisters and mother. We were all apprehensive whether we made the right choice choosing new era, but we are glad we did. The experience was very good and would definitely recommend them. Since being home none of us have had any issues and they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Been out here all week having my all on 6 treatment finished and all I can say is I’m well happy with the transformation these guys really make you feel special and welcome highly recommended by myself and I’d say they are the best in turkey thank you for making me so welcome you are amazing

From the minute I arrived they couldn’t do enough to make me feel settled.
Very professional, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything, even made me 3 sets of temps because I was uncomfortable with them.
When I had my permanent crowns fitted, they adjusted them to exactly how I needed them to feel in my mouth. I’m incredibly happy with my new smile.
If anyone is sceptical about having your teeth done, don’t be, these guys are amazing 😊

Had my 1st treatment done 1 extraction 3 implants and 4 root canals the procedure was pain free and very fast would 100% recommend to anyone 24/7 care and all medication and transfers was amazing can’t wait to go again….

From the initial meeting at Cardiff to leaving Turkey- everything was great!
I had two bridges, an extraction, an implant and teeth filed for 24 zirconium veneers.
First day is always a long one with all the hard work done..then a day or so to recover before heading back for your real teeth. My Dentist Shamil and assistant Melisa were so calm, friendly and welcoming - and amazing at what they do. Nothing was a problem for them and they were perfectionists who would not let me leave until I was happy with my results.
