Jamie, was extremely communicative throughout the selling process. He copied me in to all pertinent information with accuracy and attention to retail. Acting on behalf of the seller; his client, I was very impressed with Jamie’s courteous, and professional approach, including his attitude to some of the challenges that we faced.

I commend Jamie for his tenacity and sheer determination to reach a mutually agreed completion date, which, thanks to Jamie, was achieved.
I can’t praise Jamie enough for his efforts.

Disgusted by Jamie,s behavior, Never give NEW KEYS 4 ME your money, gave a holding deposit and never got it back, rushed myself and family to giving a deposit saying a house is very popular and then told us the landlord has decided to go with someone else, the property is still being advertised and prob taking more peoples money, he then threatens me telling me I have overstepped the mark and I need to watch myself, and calls the police to tell them I am harassing him, I am a hardworking family that wanted to find a new home who has now been robbed of over £500 and taken money for which we was using to find out new home. Your version is a complete fabrication of events, and the threats came from your self, I reported your company for theft to the police and you still refuse to refund my money stating you gave it to the landlord when you never have spoken to the landlord to confirm this. Please do not try to discredit myself and make your company look trustworthy. I have text from Jamie stating that we passed referencing and that you was passing our details to the landlord with recommendation to rent. This was after credit check was done. Please delete the lies from your message or will also add slander to the list of offences in court. I again request a refund of my deposit that you haven’t given to the landlord and kept for yourselves. Also note that as you have tried to disclose personal information without my permission, this is a breach of data protection. Weather it’s inaccurate it would still constitute a data protection breach. As a director you should know this. I ask again for you to conciser an amicable resolve to this situation and refund my deposit. I do not want to escalate this further as a GDPR breach carry’s a hefty fine and would not want your company to endure that.
