Not all order received

Saddened that I have purchased regularly to support the charity, but of late, sending out damaged stock and things they have posted as £0 no explanation given. One minute these items were called back, then they were £0, then they were £19. Absolute joke. I have shared this site with many who have experienced non delivery and bad stock. Anyhow I'm now out as all my emails have fallen on deaf ears.

I've made many recent purchases and each time Newlife offer excellent value products, exactly as described, well packed and with a prompt courier service on top. Also based on my experience, they are great at replying to communications in a timely manner.
Remember too, that Newlife support disabled children, so a very worthy cause. Thank you.

Ohhh I don't like saying this as when you go through other channels within Newlife and get someone to actually talk to, problems are quickly rectified, its been fine. Ive been on hold so often and no.1 in the queue every time to 'the online team'. 55 minutes was the longest before I had to stop the call. I dont believe there is an online phone dept. Ive had many good and great experiences with Newlife but this one ended with me sending pictures of the parcel which was 1/4 the way up in 'Fragile Tape' and still had rips in it. Nothing was in even the lightest of protective bags with every item squashed into the Yellow River Island bag, one item having scuff marks from a dirty ground also hanging slightly out one of the rips. I was refunded within 2 days as a paypal email informed me. Nothing at all from the company. No email no acknowledgement. In the few years i have shopped knowing benefits are reaching children and myself, i am keen to hope this is a one-off. Although my issue with an 'online team' still stands

Easy to purchase online and some great bargains to be had whilst purchases raise money fir a worthy cause.

I had to return some items and the returns process is very unclear I have had no confirmation on return and no refund hopefully this will come I have also emailed the company and received nothing ?? Not very happy with this service at all .

On a number of occasions you have been messaged plus phone calls that say two in the eye then one then saying we are unable to take call leave phone number. But still nothing being done. I had a broken item plus on different orders l have not received items if not in stock you replaced the money. I have items that you need to look into and send me. Also on my last order. You never sent or replaced money for a filtering jug. Time is getting longer and l don’t want to not be left out on these on my items. My friend did one for me about a month ago. Were she said they owed us two camera l ordered 3. Plus one pot of baking sheets. You sent two baking sheets one camera. Please please. Reply to this ASAP
