The Newton Group were timely, in returning my calls. They kept me informed and were considerate of my situation.

WE have been dealing with the Newton Group since October of 2022. They sent us over to Timely Acquisitions; We have been trying to contact them and get no replies. Could this be the place be a scam?

Not sure what you get for $5000. Unless you want to pay more for a broker they send you to DCLaw. DCLaw is a joke to deal with. The first lawyer assigned left the firm and no one had the courtesy to call or let me know why my emails went unanswered for over 4 months. Ended up having to pay for my own lawyer to review documents. $5000 can buy you a lot of legal time. Do it on your own; don't listen to them say you can't because they do nothing for you

Having hired NGT to get out of my timeshare in march 2023, I based my decision on that by the good reviews online. However, that has not been the experience I have received. Customer service is terrible, in the top 5 worst I've experinced. Calls, voicemails, and emails are usually unanswered. Conflicting info from person to person when/if they call you back, definatly has not been any updates on status as they claim to do. In fact, the ONLY way I knew anything about my timeshare was a jump in my credit score and a message saying it's been pd in full. That was a month ago. Still nothing from NGT, or their "legal team" at DC Capital Law (that's a whole nother situation). Not satisfied with the process, nor the service, none of this has been ANYTHING even close to resembling the words in their own mission statement! Definatly not worth the money.. I had started this process on my own before hiring NGT, not sure they even had a part in my cancellation...but I'm sure there won't be any type of refund .

My journey started in January and ended in June with my complete satisfaction. I only needed send in my existing contract and have one call in to talk strategy. Three months latter I received confirmation my exit was being looked at. 6 weeks after that I had to notarize a form about my exit. Then 1 month latter I received a check for a rebate of my last maintenance fee from last year and it was done. Easy and happy. Would recommend Newton group 100%.

Mixed experience with Newton Group. For the amount of money I was paying, entering the process was skechy just like the Timeshare industry. Communications were few and far between with vague information. After nine months they said I don't own my timeshare anymore, but I have yet to received a document to that effect. I guess I'll have to wait until I don't get my annual maintenance bill.

It took longer than we expected. And more money. But finally got it taken care of.

I’m really happy to be free from that timeshare!!!
Newton Group was hired after I was scammed by another company. The cost was reasonable and they worked hard to free me from a decision I’ve regretted since I got the thing. Thank you!

at all times the newton group gave me complete information that I asked for. you Remember the time zone you are in may be different then the newton group time zone.

Newton Group is very easy to work with and do exactly what they agreed to do.

Well i finally got out of my timeshare thanks to newton grouptransfers and there hard work and D.C law group. Yes it took about a year but was worth it. They kept me up to date what was going on the hold time. thanks Newton Group and D.C. Law...

the process went smoothly but it took much longer than expected. (6 years)

I must say if you want to get relesed from your demanding timeshare, go to newtongrouptransfers.they got me relesed form two timeshares contracts.this co. is great. i asure you it did not cost me a arm & a leg.

The Newton Group was always professional and kind.
I think the main thing is to have patience, and ask questions. I truly appreciate the Newton group getting the job done! It took over a year but it was well worth it!
