Bought a 'Faux Fence'. Delivered several weeks later and the 'fence' panel barely covered my laptop. Not per pictures or video of the item being sold. Immediately wanted to return, was told the return has to go to their China address at my own cost. This is against UK online selling laws. Upon investigating the parent company, Landbase Trading Co Ltd, they are filing dormant account status at Companies House and also charging VAT on their sales when not VAT registered.

This company deserves MINUS thousands of stars!!

Same problem as others on here, ordered 5 garden trellis + 5 free… the pics on their advertisement show trellis of a good size but the ones that came we’re absolutely nothing like the pics. Totally useless! Emailed them twice & they just deny it & refused refund.

How many other people are going to get conned by this company & others like it! I guess Trading Standards can do nothing as they’re a Chinese company using an UK address.

I will always check on Trust Pilot now before buying anything!

Total rubbish. Product delivered is nothing like that advertised. Just normal rather badly made reading glasses. Not verifocus. Company pretends not to be Chinese. It has a number of names with same product video, total scam which Facebook supports! Tell Facebook about this scam! Stay well clear of both, this yet another big fat scam.

If I could put no stars I would. Terrible company you pay for goods which never arrives, they spout the same response to every email, it’s been delayed in transit. Do not order and save you money.

Absolutely terrible company. As per the reviews before me. I am currently trying to get a refund via PayPal. They Falsely advertised garden trellis which is around 2m sq each piece. The product that arrived is around 20 inches. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am fuming that I have had to take the risk, via a PayPal dispute, of paying out £19.50 in tracked postage to them because a human hasn't the time to look at the evidence and the dispute service is all automated. This item isn't worth 50p.

On social media the advert showed a garden trellis that folded out to approx 4ft by 5 ft if good quality. What arrives is most certainly not the same product.
The arrival of a broken 12 inch by 15 inch sparce plastic leaves of a unrealistic colour smelling badly of chemicals came as an unpleasant shock. The email address added to the parcel is. Ever answered and messages left on social media are removed within minutes. The product arrived was packaged damaged as the trellis wooden sticks were of different thicknesses. Colour and lengths I would say of no monetary value at all. I would advise anyone in my position to contact the bank as I have and log a fraudulent claim. I feel a fool to be scammed like this Please do not purchase from this company. Their name should read toxic. Dishonest company with no morals they should be ashamed

Same as other reviewers so far, ordered the trellis based off facebook advert, what arrived was approximately 10% of the expected size, Newtoyic simply do not care. Will be raising with Paypal and credit card company.

False advertising is fraud. Simple as.

Ordered “large” fence covering. What turned up is not what is advertised. Been offered £4.00 compensation! Total scam and false advert
Do not use this company

Ordered a collapsible faux fence decorated with ivy to cover a small area and the size is absolutely laughable.
I can’t believe anyone could make something as small as this to put in a garden.
Tried to get my money back but their answer was its the size I ordered and it’s not defective. Their description of the item on their website is large size and I dread to think what their small size is like!
