Canceled the same day when I realized what a misleading service it is. It costs $9 to file your biannual llc statement with NY state but they charge an ADDITIONAL $100 on top of the fee they charge to be your registered agent. Then trying to cancel resulted in my having to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they refused to refund it (they've since agreed once I filed the claim). They refuse to delete my information even though the never actually were my registered agent as I canceled the order before it was ever submitted and they refuse to remove my account. You can do your biannual statement in about 5 minutes online by yourself for free. It's THAT easy.

The registered agent service is helpful and constructive and honest. My company was put on hold because I couldn't afford the filing fee. I canceled this agent with ease.

Unsolicited marketing mail. there should be a fine for companies like this one that send out confusing spam mail for marketing purposes. this company sends out mail making it look like a government letter with the first sentence reading: "Failure to file your 2023 biennale statement will result in a fine and dissolution of your business".

I was very confused as we already filed this, but it turns out this company is just advertising their services!
