I ordered product 3 01 23 and paid for fast delivery still not arrived and no response to my emails other than computer generated tracker doesn't work. The product was advertised on Facebook what a scam. Money down the drain. Should have known better!

Total scam !!!
Total scam !!!! Ordered in early December, I must have sent over 50 emails, I got an occasional response asking me to wait longer, it's on its way etc..... Finally last week it arrived to a post office, I had to go and collect it, pay 6 euros (postage fee ?) It was a hat and scarf !!!! I ordered an electronic games table, I just can't understand how people can get away with doing this, who can I report it to ?

This company is a scam , I did not receive my product, although the tracker said it was delivered, however to a totally different location and not to me. They say I have to chase the local postal company. They will not refund me or take responsibility for ensuring I get the product. Avoid at all costs ..

I haven’t received my parcel and they said it was delivered. There is no evidence who signed or collected my parcel and which address they delivered to, because clearly it was not me.! They said I must check with the carrier but there is no contact information
