5 out of 5 stars – Exceptional customer service that turns a minor issue into a great experience!
I ordered some premium Manuka honey from New Zealand Honey Co., and unfortunately, the jars arrived with leaky closures – the hermetic seal wasn't fully tight, so some honey had seeped out during transit. The rest of the package and the honey itself was perfectly fine otherwise, no breakage or major damage.
But this is where New Zealand Honey Co. really shines!
I reached out to their support team, and within the same day, I got a super friendly, understanding, and professional response. They apologized sincerely, asked for a couple of photos (which I sent), and without any fuss or extra questions, they promptly arranged to send a brand new replacement shipment – completely free of charge.
I've never experienced such quick, warm, and genuinely helpful customer service, whether shopping locally in Denmark or internationally. Their tone was so kind and caring throughout – you could tell they truly want their customers to be happy.
I haven't had the chance to taste the honey yet (the new package is on its way now), but based purely on this fantastic handling of the situation, I can already highly recommend New Zealand Honey Co. without hesitation!
When a company steps up like this – especially when something small goes wrong – it shows they genuinely value their customers.
