Total scam

Total scam! I saw an Instagram ad about miraculously fixing a crack in your windshield that seemed worth a try. I ordered one kit. Two kits showed up! So they doubled my order without authorization and double charged me. I wouldn't have even noticed the double charge but then they started auto-billing a monthly charge of $29.95 from Prime Discounts 240-2976103 TX and when I called my credit card company to dispute this random monthly charge that is when I realized what had happened. This is a very deceptive scam that turns into a monthly fee they try to sneak in on people not paying attention. (and the crack repair doesn't work either!)... they are using that to get sneaky and try to get your money every month.

Nexa charged me $29.95 monthly for a membership that I didn't authorize, only for purchased a product ONE TIME ONLY. I purchased a product that " magically " fix a broken windshield of my car; but it doesn't work: after try four times, windshiel is the same: no solution. Don't waste your money buying from Nexa. Don't go in a fraudulent system that get your money with unauthorized membership. Nexa must to refund me my money.

Don’t buy form NEXA-US

Placed an order and didn’t feel good about it when I looked at invoice. So I contacted them 19 minutes after placing order and told to cancel order. They got back to me a few minutes later and said order had been boxed up and gone to shipping. I told them to stop shipment and credit me. Then they said I they could not because it had been shipped and I had 90 days to return. Started to look into this company and realized it was a scam. All their responses looked like they were computer generated. Did not see one review above 1 star for this company.

I original bought Nexa rust removal…

I original bought Nexa rust removal from the web site then found out later I could get the same stuff on Amazon for 1/3 of a price they charge. This is not the end. I begin to realize they charging my PP account every month for 29.95. I contacted them and was response with I had purchase Prime discounts (what ever that is) I never wanted this craps. Don't buy anything from this place, It's a scam.

I too was scammed by this Nexa Commerce…

I too was scammed by this Nexa Commerce Prime company, after a purchase of their "Artic Pro Ice Scrape & Frost breaker," originally on January 14, 2026. NO ONE would presume with the purchase of such items that they are signing up for an ongoing subscription of $29.95 a month! That began the following month on 2/14/26. For WHAT?!!! Why would a snow scraper require a subscription??? After notice of the charge, the following day I tried to have it canceled through PayPal, to which they agreed. But the charge still showed up on my bill. I then tried calling their company. I got an answering machine saying they are swamped with calls. (I'll bet! Most consumers don't care to be ripped off!!) When the "busy" Chinese woman returned my call (1 minute later) she agreed to cancel the subscription as of that day, without any refund of the original, sneaky subscription charge. She further promised an email confirmation of said cancelation. Then NO such email arrived. I then emailed the company & demanded confirmation! Nothing. I then looked up my original receipt, on which there was NO mention of ANY purchase of some membership/subscription. But I also saw another Nexa-Commerce email address & wrote to them demanding BOTH a refund & cancelation of this fraudulent subscription! Eventually
I did finally received communication from that email address on the receipt. She claimed that I had checked a box (?) for some side "Prime Company add on deal; which I did not, because I never purchase those things. After the first request for a cancelation, she tried to sell me another lower priced version, which I didn't want either. At least this shady membership/subscription was finally canceled with a confirmation. But not without them extracting one month's $29.95 tack-on fee. Buyer beware of these con artists.

Like so many others on this site

Like so many others on this site, I purchased one of their products - a rust remover spray. It didn’t work at all. For all I know, I received a spray bottle filled with water. Oh well. What really angers me is that I then discovered that they were billing me $29.95 per month for a recurring payments that I did not authorize. This company should be avoided at all costs.

I purchased a product in November 2025 and was shocked to discover today that they have been debiting my account every month since for an amount of US$29.95. This ongoing payment was not authorised.
As a warning to others, be sure to read every minute detail in the Ts & Cs to be sure that you are not agreeing to an ongoing payment renewal.
Next Commerce is underhand and mercenary. Avoid any dealings with this company.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I bought products in good faith believing they would work as advertised, or close to. BUT THEY WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE! I bought total rubbish which was supposed to arrive via "FREE" Shipping. The shipping was charged, but admittedly I did see that on the invoice at the point of purchase, but for a few dollars I thought 'what the hell, do it'. One month later they charged my Paypal account again. FOR WHAT? I hadn't ordered anything more. Fortunately I paid with Paypal (which I recommend everyone should do). It was there that I found I had an active subscription which I definitely wasn't told about and didn't sign up for. I have asked for reimbursement. Should nothing happen, I will place it in the hands of Paypal who have helped me in the past when I have fallen foul of other scammers. My advice (and that is all it is), DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Once they got hold of my credit card details they kept deducting money monthly from my account. Now had to cancel my card to stop this and bank is investigating that as a fraud. Don't be caught
