Been with the firm for a long time. Nexgen notified me about issues with my accounts. They had every right to close them BUT in the end they gave me the opportunity to continue to trade. Thanks nexgen.

I had an excellent experience with Denton. It was easy and efficient. Happy to be trading here.

Had a small issue after purchase start but got resolved in minutes. Nice platform. Looks like TS.

Great plans obvious that they know what Trading is about. Got 3IFA 100k plans. took 12 days ( slowed for the volatility). Requested Payout at the close, got paid in 40 minutes. These guys ROCK.

Trading with Nexgen Futures has been a smooth ride. The funding process is clear, no gimmicks, just straight-up transparency. Requested a payout recently, it hit my account in under two hours. That kind of speed is rare and lets me stay locked in on the markets without second-guessing anything. Solid firm, no fluff.

Zero Star - Ponzi Scheme. Yes, traders will get paid out at the expense of others.

I participated in NexGen Futures Trader’s Instant Funded Account (IFA) challenge, paid for access, and successfully completed their performance requirements. Upon requesting a $2,000 payout — as advertised — I was suddenly met with silence. Instead of honoring the agreement, they retroactively invoked a new policy (sent Dec 23, 2024) that withheld my payout and reset my account.

I was promised that $1,000 would go to a Live account and $1,000 would be paid to me. I received neither. After completing the challenge, NexGen fabricated new technicalities to deny me. They took $511.03 from me across three charges and refused to deliver the services I paid for or the compensation I earned.

When I followed up, they ceased communication. This isn’t a real trading platform — it’s a deceptive funnel that exploits hopeful traders and profits from failure. They rebilled me even after I passed, misrepresented my account status, and used vague rules to cancel my progress.

I’ve filed formal complaints with PayPal and the CFPB. Do NOT send them your money. This is a modern Ponzi scheme built on simulated access and fake payouts. I have full documentation and am happy to share it with other victims or regulatory authorities.

Reply to the nonsensical comment:
1. It must be difficult having a conversation with an educated person.
2. You took my money and explicitly talked about AUD and SHOW accounts. I have the emails for anyone to view. You never mentioned my IFA accounts, which you were monitoring.
3. You conveniently deleted my accounts and access to previous chats. It is a good thing that I am EDUCATED and kept my own stats.
4. Yes, I have the e-mail from your "support". I was met with silence because my email was NOT replied to nor my calls.
5. My IFA was CLOSED because I met the criteria to receive funding, which from YOUR fraudulent site states that half go into the illeged live account and half to the trader.
To reiterate the false claim: they had a conversation about my AUD and SHOW accounts and NEVER mentioned my IFA. I received 3 emails about USTT violations.

Forward note: My bond trading strategy works well in a LEGIT firm with a REAL live account. What is that saying, " Past Performance is no Guarantee of Future results." If my strategy did not work then how did I pass the illeged AUD and SHOW accounts.... yeah like I said. You have no recourse.

Fact is you took my money and closed my account, black my emails, when I earned a payout, which would have been my first in this arena. SO no won't stand for that type of nonsense.

The software showed all the potential that the company promised in the free week trial. But the Nexgen people are the real reason to join. The student advisor, Jim Forbes, had excellent knowledge of the software and programs with a willingness to explain and help. Jim also was an excellent source for market information from his actual floor trading experience. The daily classes facilitated by Mark Novak took me from knowing nothing of the software to understanding the new vocabulary and being able to apply it to the charts in 5 days. Even more important he manages to make trading rules clear for new traders and offers personal interpretation of plans and trades taken.

Super fast payout. No issues with them I like the rules they have in place for when you go live, you will know exactly how much your live account will be funded with.

I've tested many prop firms and I've had the fastest payout experience with Nexgen. I recently even had platform issues and they were quickly resolved without any fuss. Hope they are around a long time!

Good experience so far trading with Nexgen. Discord customer support is professional, and they have a clear-cut path to live funding. Haven't had any issue with the trading software projectx either.

Joined them early, hoping to stick around long term. Straightforward rules that foster professional trading which will be the theme going into next year in the prop industry anyway. Fast payout.

J’ai acheté de nouveaux comptes avec eux, et tout à coup, il s’est avéré qu’ils avaient une règle cachée appelée usst. Ce qui ne dit rien avant d’acheter les comptes. Cette règle a complètement bousillé ma façon de scalper, en " jours j'étais à +8348 et en suivant cette règle j'ai tout perdu 5 jours plus tard. On ne peut pas scalper chez eux.
Pour moi c'est la prochaine FTT, ils ne répondent plus aux mails, silence complet, ils osnt bien contents de nous destabiliser avec cette règle.

Signed up few weeks ago for this prop firm, paid over $2500 to buy 3 accounts, passed the second time, received my first payout, started trading again for second payout with only four days left to get paid, received an email from NexGen CEO asking me to stop trading so they can move me to Live brokerage account, I asked why? Did I violate any the rules? They said no, you never violated any rules, it’s the contrary, we like your trading but you cannot continue to trade….I showed them a public video in YT of the CEO of NexGen stating “All traders can stay in Simulated traded as long as they like, we never force anyone to go Live until they feel ready” They never replied to the video I sent contradicting their term of service, instead they blocked me from accessing my Dashboard and trading platform. Since I have Joined this firm, I have earned $23k the last 40 days trading, they paid me only 8k, and stole my 15K from my Instant Funded account. This prop firm is a SCAM, save your money and trade elsewhere.

Bought new accounts with them, and all of suddent turned out they have a hidden rule called usst. Which doesnt say anything before you buy the accounts.
What bother me more they named out trades that violated this rule that doesnt belong withmy accounts. They stopped teplying to me my email to explain to me exactly. Another firm following ftt

I purchased S2F accounts few days ago. Denton helped me when I had PayPal issues and when payment was received by NexGen, accounts were active in few mins to trade. ProjectX is the simplest platform I have ever used. You can simply copy trade from your mobile, very simple to execute trades. Discord is growing slowly which is great to see! I am on journey to my first payout with NexGen. I will rewrite my feedback upon payout. I am eagerly waiting to see when they will increase S2F max accounts to 5-7-10! I wish them the best and looking forward to seeing them grow and succeed.

Love what I'm seeing so far. They genuinely care about you as a trader and want you to succeed. Their goal is to convert you to a live account and provide guidance and support to help you grow. This is NOTHING like the other firms that try to make money off failure rates on evaluations. They are trying to make their money off a split off your live earnings - the way a prop firm should operate.

They may be the only prop firm in the space that actually cares about you as a trader, and not just glorify you as a sim money machine like most firms do. Highly recommend.
