This company is the worst. There is a girl named Lacie who is handling my account and she does nothing for me. I made one charge almost 3 months ago. I never have gotten it. They verified my account thru plaid and i sent a letter from my bank to set up my account. There is no way I put in the wrong information they did. Then they charged me over 100.00 for this transaction. They never fixed my account and then put me in risk and put all my funds on hold. RUN from this company. It is a shit SHOW.

Everything was fine for about five years. Then fees increased, I switched to another provider, and the handover/offboarding was difficult.

When we changed accountant, my Xero access was reduced to “Invoice” only, so I couldn’t export essential accounting reports (GL detail, trial balance, bank reconciliations, VAT reports, fixed assets). I asked for export-capable access, delivery of the exports, or a subscriber transfer. I was told there would be a substantial subscriber transfer fee and that only “source documents” were available to export with my existing access.

In my experience, that is not a workable handover and it risked our VAT deadline. Make sure you are the Xero subscriber and have written export/handover terms before signing up.
