Very poor quality sticky pads

We expect the adhesive pads to stay adhered for a prolonged length of time, which could suggest that the failure was due to the windscreen having some small debris on it at the time of fitting.

Above and beyond customer service from Eloise. I made an ordering mistake, nextbase demonstrated generosity and efficiency.
Regarding the camera, I've had the car 2 months and someone drove into me then fled. The quality of the 320 was good enough in rain and dark to read the registration, but I wish I'd paid a little more for the better model.

I had a bit of an argument with Nextbase. I used one of their vouchers for a discount which during Christmas was not honoured and this miffed me. After a few e-,mails back and forth they have provided the discount.

Ordered adhesive for front and rear…
Ordered adhesive for front and rear windows for nextbase 522gw also silver cover for the camera . Got a reply the same day that my order is getting ready to be shipped . This was on the 16th of January it said I would be notified when my order is shipped . It’s now the 24th of January still no notification of shipping . Joe in Ireland.
