Nextcare is the worst service provider
Nextcare is the worst service provider. Despite the Huge amount we pay as a family for healthcare, they try to reject as much as they can and they delay the approval as long as they can. I don't recommend them for anyone in the UAE or else where. Also, as I was told by SGH, they delay payments to hospitals and clinics.

Very unprofessional at the Cibolo
Very unprofessional at the Cibolo, tx location. Made an appointment for basic job wellness check up. Receptionist immediately wanted to see my form that needed to be filled out. Told me that I needed to go to my primary care doctor to get the exam done, which obviously she knew more about than I did . Have been getting simple exam for 10 years straight with no problem at other clinics similar to this location. Staff seemed to be extremely lazy and unhelpful. I will definitely not be coming back to this location or recommending a sorry establishment like this.

so I got the insurance cov on May 17, 2024
I went to see a doc on 26th with some pain symptoms and he gave me meds for 15 days... and he also did an x-ray and DISCOVERED that i have a Type3 AC and after 15 days he wrote physio because my arm hurts in certain movements.
HOW is this a pre-existing condition that I needed to declare - how can I declare something I dont even know

Kansas facility last july…
I went to the Kansas facility last july with covid.
They were good, the billing part however is a disaster.
First they charged the wrong insurance,
Second when I call with the correction, they dragged their feet, then I sent them paperwork to fill out and return, it went into the void.
Despite talking to several CSRs it fell on uncaring ears when it went up the chain.
If you see these people affiliated with any heath care, walk away, they dont deserve your business.
Seems like a scam to get money out of people.

I was a patient at a Nextcare Primary Care until they closed
that location. I’ve been attempting to obtain a refund for my
last visit when charged despite my insurance showing there
was none due. I’ve also tried to obtain my medical records
which they claim they don’t have despite Ariz. Rev. Stat. §
12-2297 (2008) which is quite clear regarding their release
and they must be made available for 6 years. Multiple
attempts have been made to resolve the issues, and they
now refuse to reply to my emails. I cannot recommend
anyone using Nextcare due to their fraudulent billing
practices, corrupt management and their distinct lack of
communication skills.

The 'doctors' here were more concerned with forcing me to wear a mask than they were with treating my health concerns.

Showing NO SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS (because I'd sufficiently dosed myself with OTC meds), AND ~before~ I provided my name, or told them literally anything, they insisted I wear a mask. Wouldn't see me if I didn't put one on - FOR WHAT - FOR SHOW? I didn't cough, sneeze, or sniffle ONCE while I was in your office.
So, you spout off about "if you're symptomatic"... Well, I wasn't, so why the call for the mask?! Especially when current medical studies show masks had A NEGLIBLE effect on stopping 'the spread'.
It's more bigpharma CONTROL - that's what you're after. NEWS FLASH: You don't control me. You don't control anyone, except for the sheeple that fell hook, line, and sinker for this last time around.

On a side note, very much related, there is a warning label on the side of all N95 mask boxes that states:
"This product is an ear loop mask. This product is not a respirator and will not provide any protection against covid-19 coronavirus or other viruses or contaminants.
Wearing an ear loop mask does not reduce the risk of contracting any disease or infection. User is solely responsible for the selection of appropriate personal protective equipment for the setting and application. Change immediately once contaminated."
So, your doctors are either, 1. too stupid to read directions on a box, 2. really into the placation theater, or 3. it's a top down move that doesn't need to make ANY sense or be rooted in reality in ANY way, bought and paid for by the government and bigpharma.
They have a staffing problem so you may not be seen by a human.
Made an appointment specifically for in-person (not tele-doc). I arrived on time and was told “sorry, we have only tele-doc today”. They switched me to another office for an appointment an hour later and 5 miles away.
Waiting rooms are like a DMV office.

I took my son to the Urgent Care in Longmont, CO yesterday for severe allergies. I wish I had gotten the name of the Dr. and PA that we saw. They discovered the root of the problem which was something we had never suspected. They were cheerful, respectful and friendly. They answered our many questions thoroughly. We just moved here and don't have a PCP yet so they told us we can just come there for anything until we find one.
We have had many disappointing/frustrating experiences with Drs. in the last....decade. As a result my son hates going to the Dr.
As we were walking to the car he said many good things about our experience there. What a relief to find quality healthcare like this.
