Have to give credit where credit is due, really did end up giving fantastic service, great Communication especially on WhatsApp. Appreciate the final gesture will definitely use them again

Spectacles were fine, unfortunately the promise of next day delivery even at the weekend didn't materialize. Paid a premium price for specs ordered before cutoff time on a Saturday, specs didn't arrive til late Tuesday afternoon. Not impressed.

The communication was very good, and the service was as fast as possible. And most importantly, the glasses are great.

The price was high but at the same time they sorted me out quick, I had my glasses the next day and they worked perfectly and when I messaged customer service on WhatsApp I had a response within minuets. If I'm ever in a situation for glasses quick again I'll go here 100% 4 stars is for price apart from that perfect service. Edit I read the reply and seen it was reasonable and changed to 5 star. Thabk you specs maybe I thought to harshly about price your provided a good service

Incredibly impressive service. V nice specs were ordered at 1.30pm and arrived the next day. Great frames and perfect lenses.

High street glasses ordered £420 . Then told 3 weeks wait after been told 6 to 10 days before I payed. When home can’t cope three weeks went online ordered a pair came next day . At a quarter of the price . Too late to cancel high street glasses ,expensive lesson learned. Would recommend this company to every spectacle wearer . Bang on in every way . 5*

Ordered at 1.00pm, arrived at 1.30 the following day, so as good as their word. Lost my glasses, so needed them urgently and temporarily while waiting for my new prescription glasses, so they filled the gap.

Very easy to use, enter the prescription amd choose glasses and delivery was next day which was great as my son was starting college and had lost his and it was going to be 10 days from the opticians.

I broke my glasses and needed a new pair urgently as I was going away on holiday. Having had to wait around 4 weeks for other online spec-makers I was doubtful of the fast turnaround time offered. Yet, they arrived on time and with very high quality. The price remains extremely competitive so I will be using them again.
