Great service, good value and quick. But it was very difficult to find their Enfield collection point at Kiln Farm.
Now I know where they are I will use them again.

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment they answered the phone , we needed some rebar cut & bent into a rectangle , 26 hrs from order to delivery, and a very competitive rate.

Helpful over the phone, updated my order without any hassle. Paid with credit card as I read the previous reviews here. Great price. Kept me updated about delivery. Delivered in 3 days. (They threw in a few extra cage pieces too)

Next Day Steel as a company accused me of lying to them that my steel was delivered when it actually wasnt even on the order. This was even with proof that it wasn't delivered. They backed me into a corner and made me pay for the items again when I needed them at short notice. The office made me feel like it was my fault. They expect you to check over the order when all I got was 'items bent as per schedule' on the invoice, how was this possible? I would pay a little more for a company with a better service had I of known.

Received an email stating our delivery would be with us around 4pm so l arranged for 3 men (who finish at 4 to wait on site ) l rang the office a couple of times when the delivery didn’t turn up and was told they couldn’t contact the driver so l sent my chaps home at 5pm as l didn’t want to incur any more cost and went to site myself to wait for delivery got a call from the driver to say he was on his way and took delivery at 5.30
I emailed next day steel to say that if they had said 5.30 l could have arranged to be there to take delivery instead of having everyone hanging around
They emailed back saying it was down to a traffic situation which l knew wasn’t the case then they changed their story saying the driver tried to ring me but couldn’t get through which he hadn’t the truth of the matter was he was given to much to do and not enough time to do it
Total shambles would not recommend
