4 failed return collections ! I had a failed return collection with Evri, I called Next and they scheduled for the next week, same thing happened again so next arranged another collection, that’s 3 with Everi! I called again and this time they said they will arrange with parcel force, once again another failed collection! I called next and the advisor stated that they could see a followed up call but no booking for collection? Absolute joke! That’s 4 wasted days of waiting in and now they’ve arranged another pick up with Royal Mail so collection number 5! I am not in the least bit happy, they have compensated me but it’s not enough and I still have the returns waiting.

I recently placed an order with Next.nl for a JoJo Maman Bébé maternity dress (€87) and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.
When the item arrived, it still had a price tag attached showing £55, which is significantly lower than what I paid. This was confusing and felt misleading as a customer.
In addition, the dress arrived heavily creased and wrinkled, which did not meet expectations for a new item.
I contacted customer service to clarify the pricing discrepancy, but received only generic responses referring to pricing policies and terms and conditions, without directly addressing the issue or offering a resolution.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating — not only due to the price difference, but also the lack of clear and helpful support.
I would appreciate this being reviewed and resolved appropriately. I am happy to provide full order details privately if needed.

chandelier delivered twice WITHOUT ANY FITTINGS
I have ordered a chandelier FREYA EASY once and after complaint again - it has has been delivered WITHOUT ANY FITTINGS, just the shading made of glass, even after my clear description on what was wrong. So I have invested my time and I received just frustration and anger.
the support team solving claims via email is helpful and efficient but buying such an easy product is a real nightmare, and would never ever repeat my experience

I wanted to make this review as there are a lot of bad ones here and when I first was looking to order I was definitely unsure on if I should do it based on these reviews, but as a very tall woman it is so hard to find tall clothing so I decided it was worth the risk. My experience was great! My order came in a week to New Zealand (and a day earlier than estimated) and my trousers are really nice!

Ordered from their web site.. it would change the size after paying. Immediately called and they said they would cancel. They never cancelled and sent items anyway.. Called back they said to decline the orders. Delivery company took back and Next USA claimed they never received returns even though tracking number showed they did receive returns. Next USA would not rerun my money. Almost $1,000 ! Disputed with my credit card company. Took almost 3 months. I would not recommend or suggest ordering from this company. It was my 1st and my last.
Packages not delivered
This concerns the delivery of packages to Belgium. Despite repeated complaints to Next, the company continues to use the local carrier DPD who does not carry out its tasks of delivering the packages. A disgrace and sadly this puts me off from ordering again.
Don't attempt a return
Returns are on your own dime and if they lose your package it's also on you.
Next's system had a "glitch" where my package was never marked as received, so when I returned my order they did not process the return and it was lost. Now I am out the amount of my order plus the shipping I paid for my return.

What a disappointing sad excuse for an online service, Next you should be embarrassed by how rubbish you are. Should have read these reviews before wasting my time ordering goods. No reason given for the cancellation. Oh and they've kept hold of the 1.95 delivery charge. If you do that for every customer then you soon make some money. Its a shame because we love Next UK and were really looking forward to receiving these items.

They positioned themselves as Canadian company, but they are in Europe, and the price does include already Customs Fee. I got a pair of Pavers shoes with the price tag of 22.00 Euro, but I paid CAD 95 + $10 delivery. If I bought it on the Pavers website I would pay GBP20.00.
Also, you can return shoes, but you need to pay shipping, and shipping to UK is over $40.-, not worth it.

det er nemt at komme i kontakt med kunde service og de hjælper gerne. som der står i de andre evalueringer så kan de ikke finde ud af at slette en ordre, 1 minut efter den er lavet hvilket er dume, men de betaler retur porto så det er jo deres tab
Ordering from Greece
I´m so surprised with these reviews. About 7,8 years ago I used to order a tad bit more frequently, (homeware and kids clothing) and I never had any issues.
Then, after many years, I ordered twice two and a half weeks ago. The first item I ordered on the 4th of January and by the 21st of January I had: Received my order to Greece (in a city called Patra), went two days later to my local post office to return it, they received it and on the 21st I could see all the funds in my account. This in a total span of two and a half weeks.
Communication was phenomenal via my email and instagram, I received multiple replies and updates. I had initially contacted them reporting a tiny, tiny scuff on the item (white leather cross body bag) and so they were willing to also reimburse me the postage, which they did immediately after I sent images of the receipt of payment from the post office. I had sent the item back via registered mail and it cost 13,5 euros.
I don't pay any shipping fees when the cost of the item exceeds 50 euros, which it has in my latest orders. There is also no extra duty import fees or tax to pay. (at least for me in Greece) So, whatever price I see online is the only amount I pay.
From what I can see the carrier used by them is DPD and is then turned over to a local courier (ACS) which is the one that is used when having nearly all my parcels delivered to me within Greece.
So, I'm really surprised with the negative reviews here. I'm really grateful I have had no issues. I'm also expecting my second item to be delivered today via ACS which was placed at next January 13th (today is January 22nd, it was actually available for pick up at my local courier yesterday, but I opted for it to be delivered to my residence)

I am a customer from Italy. In Italy Nextdirect uses the most unreliable and untrustworthy of all courier services, Poste Italiane, because it is probably the cheapest one.
So, my Next parcel was marked as "delivered" even if it had never been delivered. I contacted Next Customer Service (chat), and they just kept telling me, over and over again, that the courier had been contacted and we had to wait for its reply. Then, Next would have sent me an email - which never happened.
In summary, it was my worst experience ever with an online customer service, and I never got my item or my money back. Never again.

Bad customer service, you pay and then you dont get products, i m still waiting something that i already should have a week ago. Chat service and customer support sre so rude and they just make gools of people

They sent me the wrong size and colour…
They sent me the wrong size and colour item, I contacted customer services who said return it, they will give me a refund minus taxes and postage and deduct €7 for a return fee. Their mistake but I get charged. I dont have the item I paid for and they want more money from me as well as the item they sent me. How is that right or resolving their mistake?
