Linda is a "home grown" here in Brevard County, and has over two decades of real estate under her belt. She was born here, schooled here, lives here, and now sells here. You won't find anyone more knowledgeable about what's available for your needs.
I first met Linda in April of 2015, when I was ready to buy my home here in Brevard County. Linda helped me find my "forever home", one I will stay in as my last. I gave her my wants and needs list and she worked her magic. We closed seven weeks later. Throughout the process, when I had questions, Linda had answers, found them out, or pointed me in the right direction. If Linda says she will do something, she does it. She lets you know each step along the way what to expect. If a problem comes up, she works on finding the solution.
Once we were closed and I was in my home, Linda let me know she was still available for me and stayed in contact. She was not stretching that fact or saying it as a polite line to someone. Anytime I have asked her for help, whether it be in finding a business contact for work on my home, or even about what's to do in the area, Linda answers.
