I really enjoyed and benefitted from my experience with NLPP. The digestible learning lessons that I could review on my own time at 2x speed were great. The framework for identifying blockers/friction was really helpful. This might sound silly, but one of the most beneficial tips that Sumi taught me was how to label my tasks in a way that was exciting for me to tackle, e.g. I hate doing timesheets but all my reminders were "do your timesheet now" instead of "do this to get paid". That one simple switch combined with a zero-friction bookmark to the timesheet website eliminated most of my avoidance and now I'm completing invoicing regularly and getting paid consistently! I really appreciated Sumi's perspective and non-judgmental personality. She was both flexible and insistent which paired really well with my demand avoidant personality flaw. lol.
