They're Making a Believer Out of Me
I have nothing but praise for the Next Security crew. The prices are fair and the service is consistent. They actually make me feel that they appreciate my business. I normally go to local distributors to avoid shipping but Next Security is making it too easy to change stripes.

Something does not sit right with my experience with them.
The company did not send my package until I phoned about it. I called a 1-866 number on their web site and was linked to what appeared to be a scam phone number, when they tried to charge me to get them to send me the invoice for my order. They insisted that I give them my credit card information.
Then I phoned the local phone number and got through.
I told them about the 1-866 number and their IT department had that number removed immediately. The whole experience seemed quite shady.

Hello Christina, we truly apologize for this inconvenience! As we spoke by email, we shipped your order on Thursday at 6:50pm as we confirmed to you, but it was under UPS responsability to process the order on that day, unfortunately it was done only on Friday. We sent you a refund for the amount that you paid!
If you need anything, please contact us! We will be more than happy to assisti you. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience!
